Not working and no support. The app wont let me log in anymore, nor will it let me reset password. I have tried to contact Nello via email and web chat but no response to several attempts. The issue has been ongoing for months.

Nello One schedule doesn't work anymore. No reply when sending email to Nello support. Nobody on support chat. Nobody answers Sclak phone number. Sent 2 faxes (without reply from Sclak) Sent two letters to both Sclak mail addresses, no reply whatsoever. Sclak that is utterly rude and unprofessional. Why? 🙄 Please add MONITORING to Nello Virtual Machines hosted in AWS, so we (Nello users) don't suffer weeks-months long service outages.

not possible to open the door by ringing the bell eventhough i have a permanent time frame. notifications dont have a small text to show what the notification is about. notifications dont make sound so if someone rings the bell i missed it. prefer to open the door from the notification. the permanent rule is overloading the overview of time windows by adding for each day that rule. better to just show the rule and not the days. maybe add a feature that people can morse sequence to open the door

App is broken! I could not open the door, and when I tried to sign out then in again, I can no longer sign in. Nello website is offline. Service has been terminated.

Installation process could be easier. Push notifications are not working anymore, but they are an essential part of the app!

What is going on ? So you guys just change the app to a subscription based solution without notifying your existing customers?? On top of that it's impossible to upgrade to it thru the app and your website is gone ???
