Formålet med denne App er at give mobile brugere hurtig og overskuelig adgang til NBV kapitlerne, også når brugeren ikke har adgang til internettet. Denne App downloader NBV i et "mobil-venligt" format, og gør den tilgængelig offline. Når App'en er online, kontrollerer den automatisk løbende om der er kommet ændringer i indholdet af NBV, og kan downloade dette. Desuden indeholder App'en søgefunktioner, og muligheder for at markere dine favoritkapitler, så du hurtigt kan åbne dem igen. App'en indsamler enkelte oplysninger om din brug af behandlingsvejledningen, som anvendes til at optimere indhold og funktionaliteter. Dette er en helt ny og totalt re-designet version af vores oprindelige NBV App, og er udviklet af Dan Eik Høfsten for Dansk Cardiologisk Selskab.
