Reviews From google play store

League pass is terrible. Cuts out non stop during 4th quarter, and when it doesn't they extend commercial breaks through gameplay. It literally happens on every single platform and pretty much every single game. I can't even start a stream tonight. 502s, 503s, 504s, inconsistent as hell. Technical support is worthless. This is embarrassing for the NBA and they should be ashamed of their service. This is more than an inconvenience. It's a rip off and failure to meet terms of service agreement.

Pretty good... Has trouble casting to Chromecast though. It looks like it's going to start casting, but I just end up with a screen that says "ready to cast" or a blank grey screen. It does this with both live and archived games. Using a OnePlus 6. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling on multiple devices. Same experience on all devices.

App not optimized for full screen viewing on the newest Samsung Galaxys (Note 10, S10 etc.) Right now the side of the screen has a a white bar above the camera when watching live games/clips. *Edit* Also no video scrubbing/controls on my phone while watching. Casting to a tv is also hindered, with no ability to rewind, fast forward, or start the game over. Even starting a game from the beginning after it already started! Really should be better for $200

I only use the nba app for three things; nna news articles, highlights and videos, and game stats and scores. Since the season started, I have been completely unable to see any game scores or box scores for any game. The app seems to be working properly and i can access the box score perfectly fine, its just not showing anything other than the names and the minutes played. Still gave the app 2 stars overall but this is a major issue and I would highly appreciate if it was fixed soon.

Godawful on chromecast. Will play fine and then crash/glitch out of nowhere. Horrible lag and stutters too. Almost broken on Android TV. Feels like the app will run fine only if the stars on the planet perfectly align. Fix it! EDIT (11-29-19): I live near Philadelphia, and I am a Knicks fan. However, whenever the 2 play each other, I cant watch the game. NBCSP preempts the 76ers game w/ the Flyers game, so I cant watch it. Ridiculous

This app is an absolute joke, sometimes commercials run during game time, glitches and bugs crashing the app sometimes the sounds shuts off, you might be in a perpetual loading screen to the point where you'll even reset your phone and a host of other issues definitely not worth your money and the sad part is that even if you get the lowest subscription it's still pretty expensive but how else can we watch lebron james? The nba is better than this

I've been having trouble with my account so I reached out to customer service. Though a ticket was created, I never got an answer. It's been 10 days. That's totally unacceptable. Often LP just decides I'm not subscribed to NBA TV as well, and won't let me watch those games, so I'm paying for a service I'm not getting and there's zero customer service. I'm frustrated and I feel disrespected by this company.

Good for checking box scores, but that's about it. It will sometimes let me start watching a game, and fail a minute or two in. Then it tells me no streams are available, which is obviously not true. I was just watching it! And if no streams are available, what am I paying $200 for? If I can get one streaming, it fails as soon as I try to cast to my Tv. I'm connected to WiFi and every other streaming service I have works perfectly. League Pass is a complete and utter disaster.

I agree with some of the other comments. There are too many glitches and it's annoying that you first have to hit pause before going back a segment. I gave it three stars, though, because the Roku app is much better. Still, the stream freezes sometimes even with my wireless providing a full signal. There have been times with the Roku app that my game won't load or I get bumped off the stream (Team Pass for the Nuggets). Still it works 90% of the time vs. 50% for the mobile app.

Horrible... customers pay for a subscription service (League-Pass) but the app is so basic and continuously crashes via mobile phone or Amazon Fire TV that the customer can never watch a full game that they paid purchased. Advice for the better, be better.. invest in your app.. it's 2019! Apps should not crash and not operate.
