Old review: unfortunately very bad experience. basically impossible to enter in the app. there's always an error in the authentication. lost the count how many times I had to retrieve the account information

On top of that, as the recharge date comes, half of my balance gets cut and I can use my internet for just a few days(not for half a month). Is this a joke? Why do you guys bother us, huh? Can't you guys feel like making us your proud MyWind customers? Now I leave it to you guys to fix these problems.Otherwise you are the ones who will be in loss, not us...Good-bye.

    wind tre offerte the app is good but Wind itself not. You get an offer (Sim card and internet) for 9 Euro and they always automatically augment the price after some months so u need to change SIM card and number IF there is another stupid offer you can benefit from .... very untransparent.

    The first issue that I had with you was you deducted 30euro from me last yr and now you kept deducting 5euro everyday from me. Why did you change my 25gb plus roaming plus calls into gb illimitati that expires every 24hrs and obviously I have to recharge again to get back my internet.     Terrible internet provider overall. I used their services during 3 years now, long enough to be certain that Wind doesn't care about you, they just want your money. They will try to trick you in endless ways, making it hard to contact them (the support option is well hidden inside of the app, the waiting time at the phone makes you waste tons of time just to listen to various excuses). Do not believe to their ads, become client and you will be forgotten.

    Unfortunately, really bad experience! Whole the day I tried to sign in UNSUCCESFULLY. It never allowed me to enter. Tried via phone number and Facebook. Everything is only in italian. Term of use and Privacy Policy are in italian as well. As the service itself from the wind, always something is wrong, workers are never speaking english, and they do not understand when you try to explain that your needs are kind of different and you want to know more other options, but there is nothing. Dump?

    The app does not show some deductions from your account. I keep on losing my load because of a promo or something which I did bot subscribe to. The disappointing part is that these deductions are hidden. I have tried contacting them but there was no answer and until now, from time to time, 5 euros are deducted from me without me agreeing to it.

    It was good before but it remained same and functionalities became worse.I would like to rate it 0 stars if possible. Service is so bad! AI chat box doesn't even have basic functionalities. Payment options are stupid. Their are no option to unsubscribe. No proper authentication, Stupid app with very bad service, User jounery is not organized. I'm planning to switch my carrier if they won't sort my problems asap.

    Very very bad experience with infostrada wind. I have applied for internet casa 3 months before. Only after working 2 weeks. Internet gone. I did tried to call 155. Even try to reach by site. No one answers. I tried to passa to other networks. Wind doesn't allow to passare. Now they are sending me every month a bil which is more amount than package amount. I'm very much disappointed. Where to complaint where to ask to close this service. Wasting of money.

    Absolutely criminally bad. Tried to top up my credit and the App decided to place several recharges on my account rather than the single one I wanted. Wind will now not honour my credit because they insist i owe them this amount which is insane. I find them to be very unhelpful in resolving my issue and I am now 40 EUR out of pocket, with a useless SIM that will not access the data I have rightfully paid for. Avoid like the plague.

    Wind is the worst network I have seen in Italy and I now I really know why Italians prefer Tim and Vodafone . Wind will give you a 10gb monthly subscription and your internet will work fine within the first day and after that day it will take you a whole day to upload on website. And the customers care is as busy as dead and they will never pick your calls if you have on airtime on your phone. To be honest wind is Italy's most annoying network. Keep off

    terrible company with a terrible app. Promised 1 deal first month upon activation and by second month it completely changed. charged 40€ for 1 months use even thiugh it was valued at 10€ per month thereafter. Appalling service received back on multiple channels. don't deal with this company. cheap is always too good to be true.

    OMFG, i said to the freaking staff at Mestre Centro that i want to change from Vodafone to Wind and keep my number, and somehow, that digital dummy, so stupidly, did not understand that.     It takes forever to start, even with 4G internet - sometimes up to 1 minute and when I move around it's menu it's verry sluggish.

    The app is quite useless: annoying advertisements, no possibility to change options by yourself, eg I wasn't able to cancel the premium subscription, I had to make a call instead.

    good app but there is one big problem. i cant disactivate or cancel the promos so basically you pay every month even if you dont want to use the service.

    Probably worst Telco app in the world. Crashes every time I try to login. When lucky to log in, it's Ok for retrieving info, though no plan management capabilities

    I like wind of all substription because its fast convenient had the widest coverage and reliable now all my family friends subscribe to wind so its better to have one i've been using it for seven years now and i'm a loyal subscriber

    Data usage was inaccurate. Basically only allows you to top up credit. Everything else is not helpful

    It is too slow, so weak for Enlish users, for updating there is not any choice, you must update it to use it.

    Finding the balances very complicated,I prefer the sending sms to 4155 shows the summary of all credits.
