    I have my gripe and frustration with umobile apps once in a while like frequent update or sudden logout, etc. But My first impression is, it's simple everything you wanna do you just need this apps, to pay bills, buy data etc the downfall was this is the only gateway. I don't think you can use the Web or stuff much simpler than the Apps. I just update the apps today it got bugged, (29 September) If your apps suddenly close when you can/can't open just clear your cache data. Works in my case!

    apk One thing for sure is, do not listen to the other reviews that gave reasons of negativity such as "Always have to update" or "Sudden logout". In my case, it would be for the sake of privacy. I would accept that even though it would be such a mess to scroll through my messages to find a new confirmation pin.. anyway, I think the UMobile app is no prob to me

    pin How? Many? Times? Do? I? Need? To? Update???? Everytime I open the apps I am required to update? And each single time after the updates I'm logged out and in need for a new PIN number. Pin number also got problem, always say I got the pin wrong.??? Each single damn time. Don't make apps lah macam ni.

I'm not happy with this because so many times I have gone through this situation. I just only top up yesterday and see this morning all the money gone.... So sad and today I have to top up again....     I used to enjoy the package but recently the poor internet connection really makes me frustrated! My package contains 30gb mobile hotspot and I can't even use it at all, how can this happen? I have already paid the money and I cant even utilise one gb of them.     Good idea, poorly executed. When it works, it's a fine piece of software but so many glitches. Right now I can't even log in. Every time I try to login, it takes time, then announces 'you've been logged out'. What the...? If the password is wrong, then say it. But, how can the pin be wrong if I just received it in the SMS (asked for resetting the pin since I can't remember the PIN generated by system). And why would they generate these weird number combinations for PIN instead of asking me for what PIN I'd like - no one remembers them. Security? Hackers got more lucrative projects than hacking my uMobile account! Another silly idea, if my top-up expires, I can't access Internet. Makes sense, right? Well, but I can't use the uMobile app to top up either! Why don't you allow the person to log in without access to internet and make a payment - missed opportunity to take my money and annoyed user.

    At least better than Celcom interm of price, line quality and simplicity. Have to update once in a while but that's normal. Minus the call drop, but which Telco doesn't have that problem, I'm happy with it. Keep it up guys!

    Absolute atrocity of an app. Oh, you wanna pay your bills? Sure, use the app. Oh the app shows a blank screen and nothing else? Screw you then. And don't think you can get away with using the browser version. You can't use that. So here I am, stuck with unpaid bills and unresponsive app that shows a blank white screen for an eternity and then some. And y'all wonder why umobile customers are pretty infrequent.

On top of that, internet connection getting worse with each new plan/ new upgrade UMobile introduce?     App team please be alert. You guys just keeps on bringing updates with different interfaces on regular basis with not much improvement. Current app on my phone just loads until a bright white interface. It won't load up until the app home interface. I couldn't check into my bills and all. I had to log in into website just to do so. Unreliable Internet connection and this unreliable apps (auto log out and extremely hard to log in again) just make me feel so regret by spending every single cents on the service again.     Take a look at your app. It is totally crazy and not even works most of the time. Tell me how to log in because whenever i touch the sensor or enter 6 pin number, it keeps logged me out without hesitate. What's wrong with this app!!?? If this is my fault.     Have been using umobile for around 3 years, and now I decided to give up this Telco. Firstly, internet is sucks. Although the package is cheap but I can't use my data because the internet coverage at Puchong certain area is God damn sucks. Pay for the bill every month but you can't use it, so what's the point? Secondly, signal is bad, you already can't use WhatsApp call due to poor data, the call signal unstable somemore.

    Auto logout when you are trying to login. Lousy connection despite being in Petaling Jaya. There are days you get no service at all without warning or compensation. SIM card failure and we bear the costs? Time to switch to another provider.

    Frequently update and annoying reseting pin just to login. Wont it be easy if bind to email account and use password to login + private passcode TAC required before making any payment just like bank did ? I dont see the point of asking 6 digit code and require frequent pin reset because majority cant remember the with latest update i cant login with fresh new 6 digit pin at all.

    Frequently update with not much improvement. Wasting my time and data. I only want to view my balance and top up. Why keep updated and leaving us no choice. Yr frequent update is very annoying. How can u block us from viewing our account and force us to update. So troublesome. Please stop updating.

    If you update, please update properly. If you can't, please do not update. If there is no changes/did not improve, what is the purpose of update? There's not only update once, i feel like update quite frequently.

    Guys, I found the solution to the current update glitch. I had the white screen issue and rejection to input the pin. Just uninstall and install again the app. To UMobile, you can sack your current vendor that develop your latest app update. They fail big time πŸ‘ŽπŸ»

    It seems fine to me, the internet connection and all. But, there seems to be internet disruption like suddenly can't use the internet despite the signal bar is full. Can't even send WhatsApp text. And of course, outside the city, Umobile will go kaput.

    Since updated to new version last month, the data usage bar gone completely haywire, I rexeived sms saying I have used up 80% of the quota but the apps show remaining data is 2.21GB out of 5GB. Emailed to customer care and got no resolution.

    Any idea why after the last patch - the umobile app is white blank screen? even after I cleared the cache, re-open app again doesn't work. Any estimated time when the app will be working again? ============= Update again 25 Aug 2020 14:49 GMT+8 It seems like I need uninstall the app from mobile and re-install the app again. now umobile app working perfectly fine by doing this. Perhaps uMobile team would need to send SMS notification to all uMobile users for this workaround steps to avoid such bad reviews from frustrated loyal uMobile customers like us. :) =============

    Good apps. I can use it to monitor my usage n buy adds. also can use it to check other content. hope this company keep it service n always be great company in the future, even for prepaid customer. Especially in keeping good network coverage everywhere in Malaysia. I m not surprise if there r connection problem at rural area, but so dissappointed at urban area just had only slightly fast connection even i check the area had very good coverage for 4g/3g. Dont know y UM had this issue till now.

    The only flaw of the the apps that I had is that I cant edit my profile after I registered. To fix it, I had to go to the Umobile centre to verify my number & IC. Anyhow, the apps works really well.

    I can't log in, I forgot my pin number so I reset it but when I entered the new pin the alert came out showing 'You have been logged out'... same result even after 5th trial.... Edited: It's fine now after several more trying...

    Now the app can open successful after few months unabled to (force quit). But now creates another problem. Cannot logging in successfully into the first overview page. It keeps logging out and return to Login screen. 😑
