It Always say "lost connection" or something, and when i press the reload button, still didn't work. Im even try reinstall the app but still got the same problem.     To open this application is needed the high level of patiece. This app is so slow, and the package is useless, you make a package to access for spesific application, then when we open another application it takes my regular credit. My credit never lasted more than a week, and when I wannna use my credit, I saw it's already 0. There is nothing that I can be proud of this provider.

    new update wit magic link verification annoyed me as i use modem...single number phone use is okay but multiple number will be very2 annoying as you need to copy link from other automatic renewal, must buy package everytime...annoying as hell...also no expire reminder as well...after a while the session expired and must login again with annoying magic link...i only open this app once a month just to renew package, because chrome inform me no internet.

    Bad App. I can't open this app because bad connection everytime, even at midnight. Seriously, what happend? But, once the app opened, I checked it's still consumed data plan. Come on Telkomsel please! Please! Please! Even to open your own app and it's take many time, wasting my time, you're still consumed data plan? Crazy! As you know, to write this review I used other providers. I love Telkomsel. I used Telkomsel since 2009. But today? Really. I don't know how can I discribe my disappointment.

    Outside of Indonesia now, I'm not able to verify and re-activate the app anymore. The SMS is not sent/received on my phone number! (used to work here fine) while all other SMS from ind receive normally. Alternate login using Twitter works on the website. But its impossible to add credit using an European credit card (used to work also) These things are probably not app related but more on the back-end of the login and payment systems of Telkomsel. But as a paying customer, impossible to use!

    I wanna give criticism and suggestions for the login features of this application. Nowadays there're a lot of frauds or scams that harm users. We were tricked to give them the OTP codes from auth login through sms. I think it's good for Telkomsel to provide password-based login services. So if we forget the password, we can connect to our email to change it. And now I can't link twitter for login to this app (This is one of the bugs what I found). Hopefully my review can be noticed. Thank you!

    Hello, honestly I don't know how to check my remaining quota from this app. The app design and layout are good but it doesn't give us a quick information. You should consider to change it. Please consult with the expert how to show a good report. A clue for you, if someone can't find what they want/can't read your report under 10sec it means the report failed.

    What happen to this app right now?!! It get crash and force close everytime I do the daily check in. Taking too long to login, and keep appear loading button whereas signal is in good condition. Sometime it get freeze too if I'm taking too long opening the app. I reluctantly lower my assessment of this app until this issues are fixed.

    Telkomsel have successfully confuse me with this app. Not helping at all. It's impossible to find the menu for the package subscription available. I don't want their entertainment package because it's good for nothing for me but it comes with the package anyway. The same with free call and sms. I don't want them and I don't need them. I want internet package only, and it seems impossible with Telkomsel.

    This is very very very bad. I used to tried installed this app, I cant even login because it said that I have internet connection problem, so I uninstalled it after multiple attempts. Today I've tried to re-installed it again, and still have the same issue when my internet works fine. Its been months things like this happen. Very disappointed.

    So there's an event named 'Daily Check In'. I login and collect the points everyday but I can't redeem the points. I received a message saying that I can't redeem my points because the voucher is up. And I figured out that it's not only me who experienced this case. Please fix it ASAP.

    Cannot connect/register more than one number with same email? Is it really necessary we should sign up one email for each number? If older number is obsolete then how can we add that email for the new number then?? It should be one-to-many relationship, a email for many numbers not tied to one-to-one. Oher network providers can do this, why cant you??

When i want to buy internet package.. the apps goes error always.... Like 99% of the time....     Bad bad bad... Every update have changed the way I pay through credit card. Last time, I can pay though credit card, then updated, now it can't no longer accept my credit card. Usually it will request for token number, but that is longer available hence can no longer pay my line. Stop updating and breaking the apps please.

    Mudahkan hidupmu dengan my telkomsel. But it is still a slogan. My telkomsel does not make my life easier. Everytime I open this apps I need to verify by sms, everytime I need to check my balance on my other sim verify again. Whenever I want to cancel any subscription call callcenter. Buying is easier using other platform while rechecking and cancelling is not easier by this app. What should I do then? Uninstalling.

    After the update, the version 5.6 has been crashing too much. It says some apps are not responding when all I'm doing is trying to open mytelkomsel app. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled. But no progress just the same notice, except this time I can't log in.

    Bad service. Internet quota still available but they took the phone credit instead. This happens many times for many years. Roli data was used first even though it is just received for 1 month. The expiring internet quota for 1 day is not used. And this is when they use our phone credit.

    Why the phone credit cut automatically? I got transferred from another number Rp. 20,000. Before transferred,I had remaining credits Rp. 68,600. After transferred, I already checked I have my credits Rp. 83600. It should be Rp. 88,600. Isn't it??

    Useless apps. I don't like the feature of apps. It is quite annoying and boring. I don't know whether my comment still relevant or not with current situation. You should improve the apps by giving more inexpensive quotas for existing customers. I hate to say that the fact is telkomsel is a capitalist company that harnessed the money from all class. As the main player in Indonesia and part of Indonesia owned company, should give a good services to all customer with a lower prices as possible.

The very last issue I got is when I tried to buy their special hot offer, since it looked good I bought it. The transaction going normal and they cut my credit but until now I've never got my package they offer!!!     Why should up to date to use the app? Its annoying if you need to update often, and its hard to login need verification from internet (if we dont have data its more annoying) very complicated and bad apps ever.
