Теленор България представя официално новото си мобилно приложение MyTelenor. С него управлявате своя номер удобно и в движение:
- следите вашата текуща сметка или наличен кредит, както и оставащо потребление
- проверявате за минали сметки на вашия номер
- информирате се за актуални оферти от Теленор
- плащате сметките си онлайн с вашата кредитна или дебитна карта
- бързо и надеждно зареждате кредит на предплатен номер от своята сметка, с ваучер или с кредитна/дебитна карта
- разглеждате и добавяте предложенията за допълнителни пакети с включен мобилен интернет, достъпни специално за вашия план
- търсите най-близкия до вас магазин на Теленор
- за клиенти на абонаментен план - активирате/деактивирате роуминг услуга, лимит за роуминг за мобилен интернет, информация за роуминг цени и съобщение за преносимост
Приложението е достъпно за всички клиенти на Теленор България - на абонаментен, предплатен или бизнес план. Достъпно е на български и английски език, като можете да го ползвате както през мобилна мрежа, така и през WiFi.

- track your current account or available credit and the remaining consumption
- check for past accounts on your plate
- Get the latest offers from Telenor
- pay your bills online with your credit or debit card
- fast and reliable charging of prepaid credit number from your account, voucher or credit / debit card
- browse and add suggestions for additional packages including mobile internet available specifically for your plan
- looking for the nearest store to Telenor
- customer subscription plan - activate / deactivate the roaming service limit for roaming mobile internet data roaming prices and portability message
The app is available for all customers of Telenor Bulgaria - subscription, prepaid or business plan. It is available in Bulgarian and English languages, you can use it as a mobile network or via WiFi.
