Bug Fixation
Description
•Apply For New PAN through Mobile App (Form 49A : Physical/e-Sign /e-KYC)
User can now apply for PAN card through mobile using any of the above mentioned services i.e. physical/eSign/eKYC and can make the payment online for the same. Users can fill the application in the offline mode. Internet is required on selecting the identity proof docs and submission of application.
•Apply for Change / Correction in PAN card (CSF: Physical/e-Sign /e-KYC)
Existing PAN card holders can apply for change/correction in PAN cards using any of the above mentioned services i.e. physical/eSign/eKYC. User can fill the application form in the offline mode. However, while making selection for supporting documents (like ID proof, address proof etc) and submitting of application form, Internet connection is required.
•Other Services :
•Track Your PAN
After the successful submission of the PAN application and on receipt of the documents submitted along with the PAN application at the nearest Regional office users can track their current PAN application status through this service. PAN application status will be updated within 3-4 days after the submission of PAN application
•Download Forms:
Users can download various forms related to PAN and can also get the link for downloading the form on their Email Id through “Download Forms” option in the App.
•Direct Payment
Users who have not made the payment while applying for PAN card due to some reason and have Application number with them can opt for this option for “Direct Payment” This option enables them to make the payment as per their Convenience.
•Direct e-Sign:
Users can upload document/ authenticate Aadhaar/ generate e-sign and continue from where the system got interrupted after the successful payment, giving an option of submitting the application physically.
•Direct e-KYC:
Users can upload document/ authenticate Aadhaar/ generate e-KYC and continue from where the system got interrupted after the successful payment, giving an option of submitting the application physically.
