Voraussetzung für die regelgerechte Anwendung und damit der Bestimmung der fruchtbaren Phase ist Ihre Kenntnis der Methode, Ihre regelmäßige und sorgfältige Temperaturmessung (mittels eines CE-gekennzeichneten Thermometers mit mindestens 0,05°C Auflösung), Ihre Beobachtung und Erfassung aller relevanten Körpersymptome sowie die Abwesenheit von außergewöhnlichen Umständen, welche die Bestimmung Ihrer fruchtbaren Phase stören könnten.
