a lot of features and settings fail with error messages related to server. UI improved but app is still useful for just a few things, and i see a long long road in front of this to be a world class app. it is absolutely bad and offers very limited functionality. purchasing internet packages is easier with other apps like Asan Pardakht!

Even when I have enough money in my SIM to buy a package,while I have more money than needed,it says "failed to process your request. Please try again later" then a massege comes and says you don't have enough money,while I have more money than I should

User interface of this app kinda reminds me of the old "SYMBIAN OS" i mean user have access to all of things they need but those think that are not profitable for "IRANCELL" is not so easy to find! But in my opinion app is best in graphic design and fastest to grow and release updates(usually Iranian company suffering from lack of this stuff). Also the section of "SHAKE IT" is sucks and the gifts are not any uses for user they're just another trick to advertising.

By the time I was using it on my tablet, I would give this app a 1 star, but the improvements are undeniable. Visiual improvements are good, but the functionality still sucks which I guess has nothing to do with the app itself.

It was working fine and i had no issue But in the latest version i get the"failed to capture payment" a lot and no matter ho many times i reset the app or toggle my network connection on and off it won't solve the problem I would really like it if you looked into this Thank you

I'm fully satisfied with this app. Lightweight, fast, full of great features, nice interface, etc. Contrary to MyMCI, you can manage multiple accounts with this. Also, it has a lot more features and much nicer UI. Thank you Irancell.

That was a Lukewarm but did not as well down or perfect versions app in that's per grade in the world, I sure that be able to get better than if development wants to be professional service providers.

The first time I installed the program, no message was sent to me until it was finally corrected through the call option, but after a few months, it asked for the password again, and this time the code that was sent was not correct. Now how can I enter the program ??!😡 30 GB of internet was not activated for me and many others.😑 Solve the problem of entering the program in general ... It has bugs. Sorry, but this program should be given a negative rating

What's wrong with it?? Like since I installed this app it worked great but lately for a few months It's not working most of the time!! As a user of this service and this app I expect the best quality but none have been considered. This disconnections are walking on my nerves so pls fix them asap and be the same as u were in past!
