Whenever I try to receive the activation email to access my rewards, the app says there's an issue with my connection. I've tried it over WiFi and my phone's 4G service and it refuses to work with either.

This is the most frustrating, awful App. I cant get into my account because is is telling me I have the wrong birthdate and postcode. The verification process is ridiculous. I sent Myer one an email it took round 2 weeks to respond and I still cant get into my account. The Customer service phones are situated in Melbourne so whilst on holidays I visited the Myer Melb Hub to get my problem fixed but they also have trouble getting through also
