    You need to check your creation here. There seems to be a sudden problem that the connection between other apps are being blocked for no reason or I may as well assumed that one of you are doing a maintenance to this app at the current moment, but please, you need to see the problem to this part of the app. Also for the fact it doesn't let you download an app which is not that high other than 1GB. Nevermind

    mydigitaland Telco service is bad. Do not redeem the free unlimited internet 3mbps 1day. The connection is bad. The plan is good for nothing. Cant even access any other online apps. Connection problem keep pop up, and it will block all your other data plan. There's no way to unsubsribe the plan. The telco also have confirmed it. And you will have to stuck with it. Dont know why they create such plan when its there just to annoy their user. Always remember, you can reach the mcmc regarding your telco.

    mydigitradio pro-app After the latest update, i face problems with reloading my phone's credit. After successfully carrying out the online banking transaction, digi app brings me to a page, requesting me to print the receipt of transaction, when i tap print, nothing happens (obviously), but when i back off the page, digi app will render that i still haven't reload my credit. Disappointed. I hope the technical support team will look into this matter.

    mydigitus Lousy app, never verify or prompt for total agreement before charging on the data roaming. And the best part, I was still in malaysia when they charging me on data roaming. After 2 yrs from my last review, the app doesn't seem to be improving a bit. Still charge the client even the customer service notices our mistake of clicking on redemption button.




    mydigital I cannot login to make setting on payment and view my other lines. My other line got block. Buster app. I keep on login and app keep on sending OTP all failed. Better look into this Digi. If this keep on I have to switch Telco. Better take down and improve the app immediately otherwise Digi will lose huge unhappy users. Worst is chat service only work from 10am to 9pm. Better stop proving such stupid customers care works hours or Digi quit Telco biz. Telco should be 24 hours ever ready.

    mydigitalssd bpx pro Stupid app. Absolutely stupid. They say that we can claim 1 gb every week using the app without paying anything bit actually there are nothing to be claimed. And what is the reward for the users that spend a money for buying Internet but there are no rewards for the users for collecting the points. I am very dissapointed for using this service. Its better to get change to another service

    mydigi Do not subscribe to free internet 3 Mbps for 24 hour,you will get stuck without any internet for the day(it will bypass all other internet plan), there's no other solution than to wait for the day to pass . The 3mbps internet for one day = 1 whole day of no connection,probably one less internet user for the day means the other who didn't get scammed by it will have a better connection for the day,who knows

    Easy to use... But for my opinion..can u make a notification for daily subscription a hour or a minute before expired... Sometime we cant use all the remaining datas in one day and want to carry forward the remaining data to new daily subscription..




    I'm curious about my add on mobile data, I have been subscribe 10gb mobile data from BOS for saving my monthly plan data but when I stream videos, my 10gb data are not even used. But then, my quota from monthly 100% used.

    5 star for digi telco.But the plan is insane.Can you finish 10gb for one day?And it is rm3! I hope digi giving more plan with more internet and suitable price because I playing games often and 9gb for 30 days is not enough.I at least need 15-40gb a month.But please with a suitable and cheap price.At least around 15gb for RM35/per month please. Or 25gb for RM38/month.My pleasure to stay with digi if this is going to happen.Because celcom have unlimited internet for RM35.Love using digi! Thanks!

    I just changed to Digi with a friend's recommendations and regretted doing so. Internet sucks so much and the app doesn't even show plans for hotspot ect. I've wasted over rm100 for no hotspot usage.

    I mainly use this app just to pay my Infinite postpaid plan's bill. I did not encounter any lagginess so far. So overall,I can say that this app is helpful and all right. However,there is 1 thing that requires attention : - The latest version of the app is not accessible. When attempting to enter my bill amount,my screen-reader could not open the edit box,even after when I have double-tapped on it countless times. I was able to do so in the older version of the app. Kindly fix this. Thanks.

    How come my country (Malaysia) isn't in the options when you try to buy add ons, also. Your line is not only slow, but it also cuts off randomly when I'm playing games on my phone and on my laptop. I also recommend lowering the add on prices, our paychecks have dropped since this pandemic you know. I would rather change back to celcom. Fix your app, and add Malaysia to the options, why would you advertise something in another country but won't add it as an option to buy some more data.

    Needs to have internet connection to use, I just wanted to looked my internet quotas that's all I wanted, like back when it used to. but they inclined me to download this instead.. now if I wanted to check my quotas, I'll have to open this, and see the loading screen (forever) until I coughed up some of my money for digi internet access..     Hi Digi, kindly please improve your app. Isnt it supposed to make it easier for us? Everytime! Everytime i pay the bills, i received emails, saying the payment was failed but i checked with the bank, deduction has been made! I had to print out the transactions everytime this happened, in case in the future, i had to sue you for scam! Make some improve! I cant go to the center just to pay bills, i really depends on this app but somehow it became more hard. This is about money, of course i'm mad!!

    I could not proceed to pay my bill after the recent update. Every payment method gateway page (tried both online banking and CC) will result in the app crash and exit on its own. Tried to pay using the SMS link in browser would always bring me back to the app. What is causing this problem? I was able to pay my bill before the update. Kindly fix and assist.

    Digi coverage and speed just is amazing no doubt if you over-pay for it. I used monthly plan and they give me 2GB in starting and then I usually buy quota topup but surprisingly when quota finish they are such a slow that I can't even open the app to purchase balance and topup the quota, I mean such a nonsense is that just imagine that they are restricting me from buying digi balance 🤣 Huuuh at least give speed while people use your app!

I check this apps again and refresh it again and again. I still got 400mb+ data. It's either this apps or the digi main is wrong. Usually the digi main won't wrong. So the blame is on this apps. It's inaccurate. Please do something.

    This app suck same goes to digi telco itself. Always maintenance but did not inform customers about it but the internet when down or shut automatically. 4G to H+ sometimes 3G. I complained to the center also customer service but nothing works . The internet fast enough for youtube but very slow when it come to games even i already purchased internet. Additional data also from cheap to expensive out of sudden. We customers always support digi but this is how digi help us back ? Please fix this !

    no need of this apps..what i need is a real high speed internet.. not just mention a high speed but after purchase the internet line loading like a snail...even to log in to FB taking more than 20s..if electricity blackout..internet line also down..already complaint do many times,but the results still the same.. this is the last time im using DiGi..ur line sucks..7/9/02..03:10am SUDDENLY LOST INTERNET CONNECTION..RUNNING SYSTEM MAINTENANCE WITHOUT GIVING ANY INFO..PAY ME BACK WHAT I HAVE LOST.

    This app sucks my money! It cheated right onto my face. I wanted to purchased the monthly pass. It said i've to topup and i did online banking for rm30. After that i checked Digi just renewed my subscription for 7 days at rm10. Its stupidity made me sent complaint email but ended up replied by BOT! and nothing changed or happened since. Digi just want my money RM!!! 🤬

    The loading time everytime I open this app is too long, even there are times that its is not even functional making it more frustating.     Quite disappointed with digi coz changing the policies. Before, if i buy an internet add on and use hotspot, only the add-on quota will deducted. But yesterday i get to know that Digi deduct my monthly quota and after its finish, then my addon quota will be deducted. If so, what is the function of add on? I buy one day unlimited internet last time. Very disappointed.

    Well,as a user for around 8-9years.this is really make me disappointed.last month i go to digi centre asking for extra charge my bill.they said send a email and it will deduct the extra charge money at my next month bill.guess what happen!nothing! Btw,when you want to unblock my fb?     The download speed is top notch, but the upload speed is super slow. At least give us 2mbps upload speed. Need to upgrade the upload speed for your service, especially when you customer paying bills on time, and for unlimited quota.

I purchased that Rm35 unlimited, 3mbps package since yesterday, yet it's so slowwwwww like a tortoise. 3mbps but turns out like 3kbps only🤦‍♀️.. What's this ?? 🤷‍♀️.. That rm1.50, 1gb for 2days way more faster than this so called unlimited 3mbps package. Please fix this.I live in city area btw.C'mon lah digi... U can do better than this.

    Network very bad. Everytime alrdy paid the bill but after a week still no update yet. Get so expensive postpaid plan for playing game sometime but still very bad. Maybe after this year will consider other, thanks.

    Free 1gb dial *338*1*1# 3 stars (added 1 more stars from my last review). Currently staying in Ranau Sabah, Digi out of the other telco have the most stable connection. Currently subscribed to the 'Unlimited' 3mbps internet, connection much better than celcom's unlimited (in the area i'm currently at). For better faster connection though, I recommend [email protected] My comparison is based on the performance of different telco performance used by my landlord and other tenants.
