Check Mobile Data Usage 

Monitor your mobile data usage, located under the “Internet” section, as displayed on the homescreen. The data quota and data usage are placed side by side for a clean overview of how much Internet data you use and how much you need. If you want to check the mobile data usage of your other numbers, just click on the side menu, choose your mobile number, and the usage information of that number will be displayed.     The app is always problematic, when the data is back, it has run out, the data plan changes every month, causing customers to be confused and stuck as if cheated, 2gb free promise from 1pm to 7pm but the data used for that period is not free data, always check data usage otherwise the blocked data will run out while the free one does not move, please don't scam users, skmm need to monitor this.

    I reloaded using internet banking but it didn't at my first try. The bank already said that the deducted amount has been successful. After I reloaded for second time, it just increased the amount for the second time not the first even I reloaded in a big amount. I want my money back. Furthermore, some plans that I add on was not working.

    It's been over a month since your maintenance Digi, and you are still not able to solve the glitch in the app. Already filed a complaint 3wks ago, customer service says they will try to solve the prob asap. My screen is still empty and loading when I turn on the app. Can't view anything for over a month. N no, reinstalling doesn't work either. Done it 3x already. Get your act together Digi.

    Since l have changed my SIM card from 3G to 4G, the Internet has given me so many problems. I have to shut iff my handphone to restart and get the Internet online again. Alsi my k/s is often zero. My Internet from 1-7pm is gone so quickly. Before changing mt SUM card, l can hardly finish my 1GB. If this go on, l am considering changing to another network like YES which is only RM14 for unlimited Internet. Can you fuxed this problem ASAP?

    Crawling with bug. I use their Live Chat function to ask for internet solution, but it's seems they also doesn't really know that much what was happening. After using that Live Chat services, the digi apps goes haywire. Cannot subscribe to box of Surprise, because it will gone after you try to subscribe, with the menu missing within the apps and *128# menu. Even the standard data I paid just got clean 100mb out of nowhere (literally just subscribe and already clean cut 100mb gone).

    This app most basic function is to manage account and handle top ups for postpaid accounts etc. And it failed at the most basic things of all! Login take ages to load up. and even i had key in the password correctly, it just shown blank page, and nothing happen. after try a mutiple time, i end up go to the digi website to top up instead. luckily the website is still reliable. what a shame, this is one of the biggest telco in malaysia.

    The app is good but is not the best for outside Malaysia customer. I have a DiGi line which reaches limit (of course, I am outside Malaysia), and out of sudden the roaming does not work. So I tried to open the app for payment. I am logged out and need to relogin. So I key in my Digi number and voila, it asked for a TAC which is sent to my Digi number which is now out of line. I cannot make payments. I dont want to call Digi, too expensive. Online chat kicks me out due to high surge of customer.

    It's fine, the app works. I just wish we can manage and choose which data packs to use on said time. For example, I want to use the 3 GB for a day pack when I'm at work so I could save the free 2.5 GB video and music freedom.

    I loss my credit with no reason after the Digi's Tower fixing and now my credit from RM10.55 to RM0.55. Can believe it, I just reloaded my number and that happen and I didn't even make any auto renew subscription or any purchases. I hope I got my credit back:\\

    So so.. I just wish we can arrange which internet you need to use. Because, it kept using the Internet that can still be used for longer time and did not use the Internet that have limited time. Pretty good trick there, that make me hate it. 😌 Please fix this. Thank you. Merry Christmas?
