Hello Digi, im a big fan of your app. Its just there are 2 things That need To get FIX. 1.when you advance 2 times it would count as RM3.80, thats double the amount of the money if u advance TWICE. Please fix this immediately and make it tell you that u already advance. 2. My 300MB Rm1 Is Gone. Literally GONE. I hope u can give me back the 300mb because it is really good to have it instead of 100MB rm1. PLEASE FIX THIS THANK YOU REGARDS your biggest fan...

Too many maintenance and make many problem when i mostly need it and now it has been upgrade...guess what. now need a high speed internet connection to log in into this app.i just have a basic internet to log in and it take about 10 minute just only to check balance and it dont count when i want to buy a plan...

terrible terrible terrible, i wanted to buy stuff on appstore with digi billing, used to be ok, suddenly couldnt do it anymore. wanted to call customer support, operating hour is over. please if you wanna close ur customer support make sure your app is stable enough before doing so. thanks

lousy app. after new updates cant even sign in or sign up with error messages. come on ! even smaller companies dont have this issue. what are u all doing before release? This is not the first time anymore. You don't care about us and give only lousy support. Are you telling us we are worthless?

Hi digi. After upgrade i cannot go through "my digi". Always ask for register...after register got blank page & nothing happen. After waiting for a while...still like that..blank page. Why like that ?? Then i try uninstall apps then install back again...still like that. I don't know what's going on. please help or fix it. Tq...

I hate the new interface. Its harder to use and it keeps asking me to sign in. Since the new update, my 1 month internet becomes slow and it deducts both my 1-7 internet and normal internet even though I use it during 1-7. This is only the first week but i am already out of internet. Please fix this problem without wasting my time calling the customer service and refund my lost internet. Better use u mobile if you compare both digi and u mobile

St*pid new apps... i prefer the previous one.. i cant pay my bill since the apps keep asking me to sign in..... wrong password... upgrading in process.. bla bla bla.. dont blame us for the late payment.. it was becoz of your st*pid new apps.. please switch to the old version.. it's more better than the new one that u think the best.. pfffttt..

Very bad user experience after the update. Need to sign in again if reopen the app after some time. The design is not properly thought through. Instead of scrolling down to view details, now it is scrolling to the left, quite inconvenient and senseless. Unlike the old app, the new app kills all your interest to explore further for new add ons. As compared to the old one, negative is more reflective.

I have a long term problem Digi, usually at weekends and at night Arena of Valor network speed is very bad. Syper bad. Even though I have the respective internet quota which I get by your BigBonus 30.Dissappointed with this network speed. 4G phone, super bad network speed in Arena of Valor. Fix this as soon as possible. I have leaved you several feedback at MyDigi and your email. No use. So I will leave it here.5 star after fix.

I am facing the same problem as most of those reviewing. I can't enter the new app for I don 't know how long. I tried changing my password, I followed all the instructions. I am glad others are facing the same problem otherwise I would think there is something wrong with my Oppo.

whats going on with you guys seriously. am a digi consumer for years but lately too many problem occurred. i keep saying check my connection when i tried to login and after update, now cant even sign up for new acc. i tried to reboot and its still the same. super disappointed 💆

not user friendly...the ui messed up and i accidentally buy a add on that i never wanted. hard to find what you need and the menu not conveniently easy to find. bad service + bad apps + bad customer service....hope can end my subscription soon after contract end

horrible app after upgrade. system doesn't allow existing ID to sign in. unable to sign up new account as well, keep prompts phone number doesn't exists, registered email address doesn't exists. and then i discard this app, and try to login from digi web "Mydigi" page, website prompt me system is upgrading, please refer to Mydigi app ? this make me no room to enter .... pls fix all these issues fast. really disappointed.,

The new updated app is buggy I am seriously contemplating switching mobile carrier just because this is such a waste of time. I am asked to sign up to use this new app - so I do. After keying in otp and authenticating it, I get an error message. Fine. I tried logging in just to see if it actually got through - same error message popped up again. So maybe the sign up wasn't successful? Tried signing up again. Says that the account - same email add and phone number already exists! Fix it DIGI!

Digi is getting worst year by year. Worst service, bad and unstable connection. Use to be great before. i hope please Digi, don't even mention about coming 5G services for years ahead. Just improved 3G internet connection and widen more 4G LTE Digi connection first before you cheat your own customers (and i just use broadband sim. Not regular prepaid or postpaid plan). This app sucks too. i cannot check my internet quota and purchase add on and i just keep sign in my account. Laggy and buggy!

Sometimes MyDigi Box of Suprise had some glitch on it. I cant get the offer that I want... It say it had some trouble but after a few days, its still like that... I hope you all can fix the problems

Brilliant, after update... Im unable to complain network coverage, it just stuck on location searching.. so it can't move on to finish the report. Guess Digi really brilliant on handling customer complain

App keep crashing or not able to open or log in session expired. Tried sign up, key in number, sign in, key in otp, look at blank screen. uninstall, reinstall, same thing. I guess the most secure way is no access at all? Stressful when I bought movie tickets or use other perks but CANNOT open to retrieve info!

From the screenshot, I'm seeing that you're supposed to be able to check my prepaid balance. But upon login, the homepage just shows buy internet. Scout around the whole app but no available method to check balance. Hence, this is pretty much a redundant app for prepaid users.
