Say hello to the new MyDigi! We listened to you, and we’re giving you a totally refreshed app! Go ahead and manage your account, your way with the new MyDigi app. It’s like having a department dedicated to you!
The MyDigi app is the fastest, easiest way to access your accounts quickly and easily while on the go. Use it while connected to the Digi network, or over WiFi and you’ll always have the important info you want at your fingertips.
Key Features:
Start managing your account and everything in between.
• See your remaining balance, including how much data you have left at a glance.
• Stay on top of your billed amounts and pay them with a single tap.
• Buy Internet reloads and other add-ons so you can save even more.
• Switch between, and manage all of your accounts that you have with us.
• Manage Your Contacts. All of your family and friends/buddyz are now in your control.
• Pay Bills and Reload for Others. We have made it easier to reload for your loved ones or pay their bills.
• Link Up Your Other Numbers. Now you can link up all of your accounts/numbers with ease. Just select your number, then select the additional accounts and plans you would like to link. This will require you to Sign-in via CONNECT.
• Need emergency top-up ? Now you may request Talktime Advance with a click of a button.
• View your bills instantly . Simply go to Plan Details -> My Bills --> and select View Bills
