With this release, you can now access your Benefits Portal Home Page from the menu in the app! Additionally, we improved error messages and squashed some bugs. We look forward to your feedback.
Description
Having trouble logging into the app? First try your username and password. If you do not have a username and password from your benefits portal you will need an Access Code. To retrieve the Access Code, log into your benefit portal and find the MyChoice Mobile App logo. For more help email [email protected].
