It's good, especially tv viewing however at least on the Google tv app recordings don't play in full, if you select to record extra time. Also in general Bell is making the sports episodes too specifically so series recordings don't work. When an episode has a name of day 1 or 2 in it, there is no series. There needs to be a series name like MLB post season or US open. Also it would be good to be able to record a series on TSN or Sports Net in general and not need to pick individual channels

Bad app and bad service. Always crashing when trying to open any option or to pay the bill. I have tried to pay my bill from the app but it didn't works and always crashing or services not available try again later??!! and because of that bell suspended my acount. What a bad app and service. Sure I should replace bell with another provider.

The app has nice handy features to monitor and manage your mobile usage. The UX on the other hand is terrible. I have to wait like a minute for the app to load even on a WiFi connection. It's 2018 guys, design a faster app. Bell being the biggest telico in Canada should have the best app too.

As a prepaid user, I can't see what bell charges me for phone usage, my bill, or any payments ive made. Only thing i can do on the balance page is pay them. Also, app frequently crashes when i make a payment, so i don't know if it went through. Frustrating!

Not good. Not below average, either. Just bad. Not God awful, but bad. Not really an "app", more like a browser for Bell's website. Everything takes forever to load. Not a good experience; just use their website.

WORST WIFI I HAVE EVER SEEN Sorry but this is just irritating. Watching videos on YouTube is a real battle with that wifi. Everything works just fine until I get back home and get connected to the Bell wifi. I am new in Canada, and clearly Bell is not efficient enough.

You pay your bill and a few days later they send another email to pay your bill instead of sending an email thanking you for your payment. Happens every month
