Drive your own development by accessing training tools and internal career opportunities.
In My Workplace you’ll find exclusive news and updates shared only within your workplace, department or role, along with General Messages containing relevant global and local company communications and announcements. Through My Tools you can share feedback, suggestions and ideas anonymously to improve your workplace with the Suggestion Box, quickly access the Support Portal to report and manage incidents, find contact details and basic information of your colleagues across the region through the Global Directory, and access all policies, procedures, processes and training resources for corporate tools in the Digital Knowledge Workplace.
In My Area, find your team member e-card and save it to your Apple or Google Wallet, and discover the benefits and privileges that make you unique as a Minor Hotels Europe and Americas team member. Enter your team member reservation area to check your bookings and loyalty programme details.
