The My Water mobile application will give you instant and secure access to your electronic customer account at your water service supplier. You can get, for example, an overview of your contract, cash advances and issued invoices, water consumption or water meter readings. You can also pay cash advances and invoices online in the application. You can also make an appointment at the customer center according to your time schedule. Requirement for the application usage is to have an internet customer account, if you do not have one, you can register either directly in the application or on the website of your water service supplier. For more convenient usage, it is possible to use biometric login using a fingerprint in the application. Main functions that the application will offer to you: • Information about the contract, customer and consumption points • Overview of invoices, cash advances and received payments • Possibility of online payment of invoices and cash advances • Overview of consumption and its visual representation • Information about performed readings • Possibility of send water meter self- reading report • E-filing for submitting reports, requests or questions • Overview of assigned requirements • Online reservation of appointment at the customer center • Registration for the SMS info service • Map of outages and emergencies • Overview of important contacts of your water service supplier • Link to our company's website, where you will find all current information about water supply and other services of our company.
