Need to view and pay your bills? Want to keep tabs on your TV, broadband and mobile usage? Or have a question for our customer support team?
We’ve been busy working on our new App – listening to everyone’s feedback – and we are pleased to release an early beta version of our new android app.
Key features:
• View and pay your latest bill
• View your billing history from the last 12 months
• See recent calls or TV purchases
• Contact our customer service team using App Messenger
• Find answers to issues with handy links to our Help, FAQs and Community pages
We know our old app had a bug that was stopping some of you from seeing your bill. We’re sorry for that – this should all be fixed now. We’ve rebuilt our app from the ground up to make it easy to use, but we are not finished yet – and we would love you, our customers to help us shape its future - Please drop us some feedback on the app store with what features you would like to see next!
You will need your TalkTalk My Account details to log into the app.
