With the My Swisscom app, you can access your customer account at any time and from anywhere. Simply log in via the app with fingerprint or face recognition.
- Manage and optimise your subscriptions.
- Maintain an overview of your open orders, ongoing costs and invoices
- Information on disruptions, maintenance and expansion work.
Other important functions of My Swisscom:
Invoices and costs:
• View invoices and ongoing costs
• Extend payment deadlines
• Query current consumption and buy data packets
Product settings and help:
• Contract duration and subscriptions at a glance
• Display WLAN password and query PUK
• Direct contact to customer services, expert chat and return calls
Data and documents:
• Change contact details
• Report a move
• View contracts, delivery notes, guarantee certificates
The My Swisscom app is available for all residential customers with a mobile, fixed network or Internet subscription from Swisscom. The online Customer Center is available to our business customers: www.swisscom.ch/customercenter
