Out of all the providers I have used throughout the years; hands down Sprint/T-Mobile is pretty much the greatest! They really care about their customers and go that xtra to help in anyway! Going through financial difficulties Sprint worked wonders for me setting up payment arrangements so I wouldn't lose services which no other service provider has ever done. When the rep offered to split my payment to help; I couldn't believe it. No problems with any services and use hotspot for Roku TV

I have been Sprint customer for over 20 years. Last year I went into a store and was told that when I paid off my phone Sprint will pay my bill $35 every month because of keeping my service with them. I had to open another phone number and once my Note 10 Plus was paid off, I could drop the extra line and receive $35 on my account. I have been given $35 for my new line but every T-mobile store I go to cannot help me receive this so-called bonus.

***Stop disabling the Sprint app.*** T-mobile has not fully trasitioned Sprint over and the T-Mobile app will not work. Worked great till T-Mobile. I go to the T-Mobile app and it tells me I'm on Sprint then the My Sprint app gives me this error "g.b.e0.a: 2 exceptions occurred."

The app is a little difficult for me to remember my sign in stuff. It asks twice and my sign in, but I'm giving the people from Sprint 5 stars. They have always been amazing and very happy and friendly and did everything in there power to help out. Thank you

Where did my photos go? Asurion has assured me that less than 3000 pictures were transferred. That is WILDLY inaccurate. Photos only go back to 2019 yet they should go back to *at least* 2012.

Have had Sprint for years and great service/ signal. Gonna be sad to lose Sprint service next year. Will not be switching our sim cards or continuing with T-Mobile after our Sprint sims are deactivated. T-Mobile is absolute garbage and service/signal is horrible and practically non existent. The T-Mobile store doesn't even get cell service lol. T-Mobile is pathetic.

Since changing my Sprint SIMs to T-Mobile everything is horrible - dropped calls, screen glitches, restrictions...a can't say enough about how bad it is after 15yrs of solid service
