"My real Chinese name" is an Android application by "Chine Informations" that allows anyone to get a real name in Chinese as is the custom in the country, with its calligraphy.
Where some people translate phonetically the name of a person in Chinese, this application goes further by creating a real Chinese name based on the name, thr sex and the character of the person. The application create a name with 2 to 4 characters as tradition dictates, with the first character (sometimes the first two) representing the family name, and following, the Chinese first name.
In the "Your Name" box, you can just enter a family name, a first name or both. Or even a pseudonym.
Among the characters that you can choose, you will find:
- Strength and power;
- Beauty and appearance;
- Peace and quiet;
- Intelligence;
- Richness and abundance;
- Feelings.
In the end, you get a true Chinese name with a calligraphy and the ability to save locally on the SD card or share it in text or picture format.
This application can give you a good idea for a Chinese tattoo.
