This release introduces an improved recommended service flow and better installation recognition to ensure correct matching of existing equipment. The installation registration experience has been simplified, with the ability to add and manage attachments such as photos and documents. Overall usability and performance have also been improved.

my Installed Base (myIB) is a mobile application that allows you to register and view your ABB equipment. The application should be used by ABB customers, authenticated user groups and employees.
With myIB you can:

- Add product service request
- Explore your registered products and sites
- Access product information
- Manage the structures of your installations
- Call contact center
