Increasing app performance
Description
The My Induction App provides beginning teachers with easy access to a variety of resources including videos, tips, simulations, quizzes, challenges and a Question Bank to support their daily work and professional growth.
The Tracker feature allows users to regularly assess and monitor their professional enthusiasm, self-efficacy, stress and support.
Some of the exciting features of the My Induction App are:
• Access to curated resources
• Use the Tracker to monitor your professional wellbeing
• See advice to common questions from Highly Accomplished and Lead teachers
• De-stress with ‘calming’ videos in the Take 5 section
• Share and favourite resources
• Create your own account and manage your profile
