Needs improvement in the app. Lot of short comings like address updates, product regn, mobile no. Regn etc to name a few. Let me quote an example, my mobile is already REGD with successful OTP validation etc. Inthe app if you see my account correctly shows my name email id mobile etc. But can't add address says only REGD. mobile no has this feature. A big joke in the name of an App.. You will only be able to see the first page, nothing works after that.. Was trying to registed the warranty, neither the App is working nor the SMS option.. Tries through their customer support.. Got a call back from the executive, asked him to help me register the warranty.. I was told that he will call me the next day.. Nobody called.. Quite an unprofessional team..

1) Whenever I try to access 'Service', 'Track Status' and few other features, it throws an error -> "Registered mobile number only can perform this operation. Contact IFB Customer care". Whereas, I am logged in with phone number and this doesn't make any sense. 2) I was able to add appliance to My IFB app which is wash. machine(Senorita ZX) using 'Wifi Direct Mode' but when I try to add an appliance using 'Remote Mode', After selcting Router and entering password, it just loads and doesn't add

The description of the app says that you can register and track a service request/complaints. But whenever I select any such option I'm being told to contact customer care. And can't even connect to the customer care number for the past 2 hours. Worst app and worst service. It has only been a week since a bought the microwave and it has already stopped working.

Though I'm logged in with registered phone number I am unable to submit service request. I see this issue has been posted in the reviews already. I see there other issues like I can't add my address. was the app released without any basic testing!

There are lot of issues first of all billing is not done on servicing we never get the bill so it's my advice that your company provides a log in which on completion of work the technician signs within the app so that if there is any problem in the future the customer can adhere to the bill. As no bill is provided from most of your franchises the customer is at a loss on relocation of ac as the ask for the installation amt on both sides even after paying total amt at previous place.

Pathetic app. The app says i could track my complaints but when I try to do so I just get a message to call customer care. What's the point of this app. Furthermore the app keeps crashing and is highly unstable. Complete waste of time and effort. On one hand IFB customer service itself is pathetic and on the other this app is equally as useless.

All my earlier appliances are not being shown and when I want to add appliances once again it says already exists. Later I uninstalled and re-installed the app. Now when I want to login to my account through phone and otp, when I enter my phone no. and otp I was being asked to enter my phone no. again in the next page. When I enter the no. it says no such entry and so on. Pl. look into the issue ASAP

Tapping on Anywere Lead to Reopen Home Page which is very Disgusting. IFB for Smart Senorita model for use of more features through mobile app but Couldn't Six months happens but problem not solved yet. They will reply you and then Nothing on it. If they Think to serve you better then less then 2* rating can not be generated... This is the Failure of IFB IT team. Will refer Entire my local Circles to not buy ifb Product. Disgusting. Waste of Money... Don't Buy It.

One of the worst apps ever, that too from IFB. Shows their standard and level of competency. There is no provision to call them, that too in this modern age of communication, such a pathetic app or maybe, that must be their standard...."sell the machines, dont allow the customers to call regarding any faults". (Using 1860 number which does'nt work from my phone)
