MyHera is the completely free app for Hera Group residential customers, allowing you to manage all your supplies wherever and whenever you want. Download it now and log in with the credentials you already use for Online Services if you're a registered user, or create a new account. With the app, you can: - View your bill archive for services managed by the Hera Group - Pay your bills directly online, using various methods and in complete security - Monitor your actual consumption, down to the hourly details if you have a 2G meter - Perform self-reading - Activate electronic bill delivery and direct debit - View Bollett@Smart directly from your bill details (if you have activated electronic bill delivery) - View the Hera points, your supplies, and the nearest drop-off and charging stations on a map - Access #genHERAZIONI, the program that rewards your sustainable actions - Activate/access the Consumption Diary - Access the Acquologo and Rifiutologo apps. - Check average water quality values at the addresses where the service is active.
