Horrible experience. I changed my phone and couldn't "register" my card. I was informed on the phone that for some reason, it just wouldn't work and I should use their website. The website is down as well. So it's all useless: app, website. I'm sorry for myself, who needs their financing. Otherwise, I wouldn't buy from Argos anymore.

I love shopping with argos the card is easy for me to pay on line I'm very happy with the store at newark Nottinghamshire . I can hardly walk now on bad days but the staff are so very helpful by things they do and even when ringing they help as much as possible thank you all x l think when you have a credit after u paid its plans of and u put money to pay the credit balance of not keep adding more on so if they don't pay it of this time I will pay .y Feb and march of and. Can't pay off normal balance from when I used my card in sainsburys. Sneaky way to charge interest don't you think?? It only gives the option to pay off toward my overall balance which it will take randomly from elsewhere which is not what I wanted when my intent is to pay off the balance that wants to build interest. That should definitely be changed/updated otherwise using my card for sainsburys shopping is just null and void, who wants to use a balance they can't specifically pay toward??

Easy to use and easy to complete transactions. Should be able to see payments quicker everyday, but there are down times due to banking system I think. Otherwise a very good service

Very easy to use. Keep track of what your cards. An account details are and make payments.. I only use the to manage my Argos account all the time. Still use the app to keep track of my account

This is very easy to use site...wish others would change to this design..colourful and large print...perfect for old yes... UPDATE Had to uninstall app to update new app registered it again...and new app appears...not sure why people are saying there is only two choices..min or pay the balance..there is a third box pay any amount ...new app is simple , clear and works fine...

Before you could make a payment and it was registered the same day ... but in normal payments it poses a problem because I try to pay the other installments with a date ... but it comes out as not paid in full. given that Before you could make a payment and it was registered the same day ... but in normal payments it places a problem since that money is going to be paid normally but it does not let you see the date ... it is more ... they charged me interest ... paying correctly ...

Easy to use,clear information of your account, great to be able to chip away a at the amounts you owe as & when. Avoided having an account because I didn't realise there was no interest to pay aslong as you paid up by the date provided. Wish I'd have had one sooner.

Always been easy to use but now stopped working deleted and reinstalled makes no difference can see plans but unable to make payments. A question mark on the top of page in red any attempt to make payments results in error message.
