There are some bugs in your app, Whever i perform a recharge it takes too much time to refresh and it get refresh after 3-4 days. I uninstalled it and installed again but same issue. kindly fix it, Once i did recharge and after 10 days it showed that recharge is done, till 10 days i was unable to track my data usage. kindly fix


One of the worst ever experience. I will not recommend anyone to join airtel network. 1. networks are so poor u can't even use my Airtel app. 2. downloading speed seems like we are living in 2g era. Where we have to wait 20 minutes to download 1 mb pdf. 3. Always gives false results and mislead customer so they will buy their sims. Really i would say..shame on u. Just one word #iwill nevertrustonairtelagain.


The past app version was better. With the update came some issues and even though i have mailed several times regarding the issue none of the airtel guys care to revert back quickly enough,also tried contacting the customer care and after waiting for atleast 5minutes got to speak to an executive and he in return says "no sir we cant anymore check the details of ur net balance via the airtel thanks app".I have done a recharge for 60gb data and i m unable to trace my usage anymore on airtel thanks.


For the first month of using Airtel app, I can contact the customer support team through the numbers mentioned in the App. However, now (since a week) I cannot connect them, call gets ended quickly. I resolve the issues over email, which is lot cumbersome. Everytime you have to write the issue. Why can't a "call now" button be added just like Amazon shopping app, where you get a call within 1 minute the moment you touch button? To beat competition, airtel has to improve customer support.


Very poor Network...very slow , the app is ok but the network is not at all good i am using airtel from so long but i have found no improvement in the speed of the net . The only suggestion i would like to give is to improve the network speed and help the customers .


This app is not allowing me to recharge...either the amount be in a pack or not... every consumers right is to recharge hin money as his wants...dear airtel...if you are not allowing me to recharge..i am not using your services..if you really want to use your network...then install a 4G tower in nearby my area.


This app is not working properly and customer service also not properly given solutions. Recharge mobile and anything paying bills this app not secure. Network location is not clarify. in my area Airtel indoor Internet service is worst.... App does not show real-time data usage also. Many of key account information is missing like relationship no. On the name of this stupid app they say info is available. Paying bill through this app is such pain specially if you are paying through phone pe or other supporting apps Money will get debited for sure may be multiple times but still it will show unsuccessful payment. And in such cases they debarred your services and even apply penalty this app is real plan to loot money of customer.


Pathetic app. As pathetic as their broadband service. Whenever I try to use diagnostics, it gives an error that the app is facing technical issues. What is the point of diagnostics if that itself doesn't work in the first place!


Best Horible app. I have balance in my airtel payment bank and unable to use my own money. When i do any recharge ,it shows it failed. Now i regret to transfer my balance in airtel payment bank. Moreover it shows i can use it as e gift also but unable to use. Its just fraud app and they know how to take money from customer in the name of easy transaction.


Change plan in this app never works and it always says "No Data" if you visit Change Plan page. Airtel website says.. Visit the app for changing the plan.. and website doesn't allow you to change the plan either. Also there is a chat support that greets you and welcomes you nicely.. After you submit your query, it says something went wrong.. So most important items doesn't work. I never had problems with bill payment facility.


Pathetic app just ated my recharge and inapropriate UI. I was doing recharge of another added account or other number but this app did it again on my previous or same number. And over that there customer care says that you will not get full validity or your previous recharge validity had lapsed due to their company policy. Hats off to airtel nice way to eat money of their consumers. I think its time to say bye to airtel. It won't understand their customer.


I really love this app for many reasons. Everything under one umbrella (music, streaming, UPI, cloud, customer support and managing your account). It would be lot better to have a pin lock for the app as it has UPI Integrated to it. Apart from all these, I have noticed a serious problem with UPI. The scanner is too quick which makes it identify the QR code wrongly. Many times it actually identified a wrong payment address because it didn't even wait for scanning QR code completely.


The worst app and the worst service. Even call centre executives shows their worst sarcasm and nonsense when we call with technical issue. With this we can understand how low the Airtel became. Their broadband technicians knows nothing and it took 45 days for them to identify the issue and they are still investigating.


I have never seen such a worst- most untrusted mobile app during my entire life. My 1699 plan was valid upto 5th September 2020. Today suddenly it is showing 0 (zero) days validity. Such mishappend 4th time with me. The programmers of Airtel may be good but they are big big big big big ZERO in experience. One can understand the problem of 67 years old user. I strongly suggest not to use this app.


This app has become very very slow. The home page itself is very slow and it's impossible to recharge a phone through this app nowadys Infact I did it through website of this airtel just because of slow app. Please rectify it ASAP or else need to uninstall it. very bad app , I added money to my wallet but when I am recharging my airtel dth it reflecting a message that debit from this accont is not allowed , customer care is useless I lodged complent five days before but still the problem is not resolved ,very poor service by airtel Airtel customer service is horrible and airtel app is worthless I am editing my review , I posted my review on 4 september and airtel is unable to resolve the issue till today. debit from my ac is blocked.


Extremly dissapointing. Ported from Jio to Airtel. Did 495 unlimited recharge, but once try to play content from Airtel thanks app or Airtel Xtream app it is saying that premium has expired and asking me to rechrge with 199. Contacted customer care several times. They still asking me to uninstall and reinstall the application. I got mesage saying that all the premium service activated and i am a gold member, till getting this from the application. It is extremly unacceptable.


One of the worst apps. Consumers' data is never updated on time be it data consumed, or recharge done. Never tells the entirity of the offer or recharge purchased. Most of the times has critical error message displayed. Please use the USSD code than this and waste your data.


The speed of network is really slow in my area.its actually the slowest.so kindly look after the problem.location is jp nagar 9th phase royal lake front phase 3 Banglore 560083 karnataka india .when I open this app the screen becomes complete black.airtel is now a day's becoming more worst in network speed,qualityetc .other networks are comparitively better especially Voda fone. Hi,hoping the issue can be atleast addressed, as my earlier one went absolutely unattended. While trying to recharge the Airtel DTH, I am not seeing the option to select the channels of my wish. What I see is the bunch of plans that Airtel suggest, nope I don't want those. TRAI has given power to users to select their own channels, I don't know how you ignored that and still forcing the customers to select from your plans.


Lazy app, doesn't show consumption status, of data immediately . Like, if i already have 2 gb for rest of day, and I'm consuming 150 mb data, It'll still show 2 gb data for an hours, not updated. Work on quick updation into app of your activity.


I utterly disappointed with this bloody app and airtel money and the customer care.Today I added 199 rupees to my airtel wallet to recharge my number.But I couldnt recharge. I called customer care 121 .They told me They cant solve this issue there has another department of airtel app related issues.I tried a lot to get them.I said all my issues what i am facing .They replied that my transaction was pending I will get it back only after two days in my wallet and I can recharge with another money.


Great app, no lag, good UI, fluent to use and has every required feature. Just one issue : the Data Usage section only shows the data left in the daily quota of the unlimited plans. It would be really helpful it shows the add-on packs (of 3GB, 6GB, etc with a 28 days validity and cost ₹48 - ₹98). As of now, in order to check them, I have to dial *121# and go 3 steps inside to know the usage, which is really irritating.


Wth the hell I can't even change the pack .I am currently using 399 pack which only gives me 1 GB data per day now I recharged with 349 3gb/day pack but I cannot change it there is no option to switch . We have to wait till it gets expired. What a trash Airtel is . In sims like jio and vodaphone there is switch pack option😍. Seriously Airtel and this app is trash 👎👎👎👎


Airtel signal too to talk over the phone in the area i belong. Months ago i complaint about this, they said "our team reached at your area and checked signal strength is okay" Very disappointing! Whether I'm in room or out of my room there is no signal anyway. and No resolution given. I've no option left except port out . I'm so tired! disappointed seeing there is no progress of signal even in Oldest part of Kolkata city(Shyambazar) .


Voice quality is very poor. Since today late evening my device is not picking Airtel network. I went to their app and checked the open network status. The app diagnosed the error and reported that everything is working fine,whereas my mobile network status is "no service".(took a screenshot just for the sake) The open network stuff is just a failed promotion by Airtel.


App is fine but the network sucks! Facing the problem since last 6 months. Complained a lot, but all went in vein. Switched to this network to get stronger connectivity but results same. Never do I ever get stable 4G. Previously it used to flactuate, but now no sign of incoming/ outgoing! Pathetic. Wish I could provide a 0 star.


More than satisfied with the service. App is very user friendly. Updates for the app make it even better. Am using Airtel mobile service since 2007, almost more than 12 years. The service and network quality seems to only get better and better.


It is very frustrating to see a big organization like Airtel is fooling customer. Every billing cycle they are prompt in generating bill but doesn't renews the data pack. When calling the customer, they register a complain and promise to fix the issue within 24 hrs. Next day if you check, issue is not resolved and when I make a call again for follow up they will say that issue is closed without your knowledge and assume that issue is fixed. Pathetic support. This is harrasment of customer.


This app is an example of ignoring your goals and priorities in creating an app. Supposed to be an app for a smartphone with an airtel sim, it's a pathetic mess of the halfbaked services airtel offers, all bundled in equally halfbaked code. There is no way to get what the user wants to do without running into one or other mess airtel offers. And the horrible pushing! That's a helluva way to get customer's attention. And they cheat you on data. 1GB for 30min medium quality on airtel xtreme? Shoo!


Very poor services provided by this app. There is no option to deactivate/disconnevtion your account from airtel. The number they provide also not working or if it is connected by chance then airtel customer care person didn't pick the phone. But if you want a new connection then they call you many time eith same number but after as you took the connection then their duties is over. After that they pretend as they didn't know you. Selfish people .


The interface is awsome. So many offers in just a low price. This app is easy to use and to check data left. Keep it up developers. Also please add a wynk music shortcut to change the callertune in just 1 tap 🌝. Thanks..


Sometimes, even when i have remaining data, i get 5KB/s speeds. Pathetic and nowhere near jio's quality Edit: Things have improved a bit. Still has issues where it doesn't accurately show the remaining data. I had purchased a 3GB/day plan, but there is no way to activate before the current 1.5GB/day plan expires Edit: Things are back to where they were. I did a 6GB recharge and it did not show up in the app.Dialing *121*51# does show the 6GB. But was still getting dialup speeds


Very bad experience. No way to connect to Airtel customer care if you are not a airtel mobile customer. Facing frequently disconnection issue from last 2 months and they are not able to fix it. Their executive comes and say they corrected the line from behind and now it will work fine. But it seems to be that they always lie. Very soon disconnecting Airtel broadband services.


I did recharge of 399 unlimited pack for 84 days. I am unable to access Airtel thanks service like Airtel Xstream app (Airtel TV) . It's always asking for recharge Even I have validity till January 2020. Very worst experience with Airtel. Contact support team but nothing change still asking me to uninstall and reinstall the app for multiple times, restarting my phone. Still facing issues. Very disappointed with Airtel customer care .


This rating is for the ethics of airtel. My broadband plan got changed twice without my knowledge ( 599 to 799 and then 999). The disconnection request is also closed automatically with update that customer has agreed to change plan. Inspite of disconnection request, bills get generated every month. VERY UNETHICAL PRACTICES.


Previous Update: Over 80% of the time it doesn't show the information. "Unable to load account details" - that's what it does. And yes! advertisement are working though. New update: surprisingly Airtel have me extra data or another bug. 😅


Worst application I want to recharge another no, i have Selected another no from phone contact list but by default my current mobile no was attached in backend after and in selection menu it was showing selected airtel no, after doing payment no was recharged my default no on behalf of the selected mobile no.... So my 399 Rs gone waste....... Please dont use airtel to recharge any no.... They have developed a bug in airtel app like that..


Totally fraud with me....in app it was showing me 1.4GB + 400 MB extra I recharged but got only 1.4 GB/day...after that i called on 198 and they told me that it was 1 GB + 400 MB... So issue was why it was showing me 400 MB extra ,i was getting 1.4GB by every recharge...it was app mistake or fraud with customers?


Come on Airtel Just to enter the phone no for recharge it's not responding, then payment, it's worst than any primitive payment app. The network too it's draining, no proper connection, just to turn on the data it takes too long the network goes and comes 15 times atleast in a well networked area . Where the standard of Airtel is going..... Sorry to say at least fix the bug.


When i consumed my 50% data i got msg stating "ALERT-50%-: You have consumed 50% of your daily data limit. BC,I have spent my 40 m of time in searching the dth plans where it no where shows and I tried to reach your support but bloody chatbot it keeps on asking me questions but no support.i have much irritated where the IVR also doesn't connects to you. I used airtel upi linked to my bank account in this app to transfer an amount to my airtel wallet today itself. The amount has been deducted i got the message from the bank as well as from the airtel bank that amount has been successfully sent to airtel money but still it is not being reflected in my wallet. I had raised several queries through this app help desk but no response from the customer support team. Kindly help me and resolve my transaction query .


Transaction details of last one month shows no transaction, where as there have been transactions. When I called up help line 400, spoke to your executive, experienced absolutely dissatisfactory response, I was asked to refresh the app, unable to do. Recorded voice specifies transaction details, whereas in app, getting notification ' no transactions' About 30 minutes time wsted.


This App never get updated on time. I tried to buy Data Pack multiple times and trying this since long but never get through as it gives error. No page comes up after that related to data pack. I contacted call center and get booster pack activated. Its been 1 hour but still app is showing 0 data remaining. Worst app. Call center says ur app is older but when i came to play store the same app is latest which i already have. Worst experience


This app sucks big time, spent an hour to activate the Airtel Secure service on my phone by following the steps as advised by the airtel rep...However, there is no option to activate this service through the app and the Airtel rep said that they even cannot activate this service from their side... Edit 2: 9th Oct - I wasted almost 40 mins on your customer care but to no avail, now you want your customer to spend another hour or so & then in the end your customer rep will say that they can't help.


From past reporting of query, yet Airtel app do not show program guide for DTH service. Today I had call with CC person. He informed that it's technical issue that's why user can't see dth program guide in app. It seems that from past reporting date, issue is still relaxing with technical end which is taking efforts in such a way that issue will get settled as its own.


even 1 star is not a deserving one for the network you are providing. The app shows my area has full network whereas even Airtel Thanks app doesn't open properly. Had enough of the Airtel network drama. Porting to Vodaphone, much better than Airtel. Following ur ad SABKUCH TRY KRO FIR SHI CHUNO. Tried Airtel and now selecting the right one. Airtel customer care people are also not helping out.


Once your mobile data taken gets exhausted then there is just no way either to know about it or to recharge it Offline. I feel there should be some sort of Alert to inform the subscriber once the balance data falls to 200 mb. Also there should be some way to recharge data mobile instantly Offline or by getting instant contact to the customer care on Airtel 121. I wish to add that despite all efforts requesting an Airtel executive to contact you to explain various issues but found to be futile.


Pathetic app, can't find a place to complain abt it. their broadband service is overrated, their promised promotional subscriptions that are to be selected from the Airtel Thanks app alone and no other way are not found on it. For the last 8 hrs my airtel broadband and fixed line is also down. Nowhere to go, nowhere to report. And two complaints abt the same have remained unactioned by Airtel customer service for the last 15 days. No Thanks Airtel!


Airtel must have delebrately disabled functions like deactivating Broadband and International roaming to make Customer life miserable. I am fed up with this app. One has to make call 121 to deactivate services. The call centre people says that you can deactivate these services from the app, but I do not find any such options. I am pretty sure that i have the latest updated app.


I recharged my airtel number using this ...the pack was of ₹399 and additional 400 MBs were mentioned with 1.4GB per day....but i am able to use only 1.4 GB per day....and in the message that i got ..1GB per day and 400 MBs were mentioned as additional...#badexperience


The signal strength and the speed of network is becoming worse day by day . And the app is not showing the perfect updates. It is keeping on buffering continuously.

Very poor quality & services giving by airtel opretar they thept data of customers for example my pack is 499 rs. It gives me 2gv/d but I have not use any date my 2 gv I only able to use 1.7 gv data also another problem with airtel opretar when I am in any room that time they gives only 2G network 4G network they provide only opne area. Worst ever Telecom service provider app. There is no customer support within this useless app. and whenever you contact customer support through calling They don't have any answers regarding your issue and disconnect the call without confirmation . They are unable to handle your issue. Cx support unable to provide any resolution of my issue that I am facing since two months. Nobody responding over call / email. Sent many reminders to mail but seems to be useless. It's wastage of time.


The app is not showing complete details as I am trying to see the balance by sending sms but they recommend to download the app. Using app from last 5-6 years but still not satisfied. My Talktime balance & Data balance is not showing in the app. I have been recharging for main balance but it's goes to Validity Date. This is such irritating app, please fix it soon.


Really a disgusting experience with this app and service. I have your postpaid connection with 499 rental, but pathetically i am still not able to enjoy the services and benefited you offered for this scheme. Net speed very very poor. Down load is 2.1mps. up load is 0.01. I was changed my phone as well as sim card also. There is no improvement. Please reset sim data. I was visited your Airtel stores two times. There is no improvement. Please reset if mismatches.


In one word I can say this is a great app with all options. And to be Precise, As their frequent update they have included live TV (which I may seen now) where I can found almost all channels which also gives feeling that i can see anything anywhere having this app in my mobile. Kudos to airtel team for considering people requirements on each and every update. As I have not gone through entire app and I'm using very lite, 8 mattum not be knowing the full facilities available in this app.


I have postpaid connection with platinum pack. Do not believe anything written on this app, it is all lies.. My plan includes free amazon prime Subscription and at the same time they charge full Subscription in my bill. It is clearly cheating your customer


Your network here near main bus stand of Belgaum city area is horrible. 3rd class network for the data. This is the worst I've been experiencing since 2 months. I still believe in airtel and hope they may provide us with atleast a good network connection further here on that can help us use our data which we buy from u month to month.


I am not able to cancel useless channels through application. No support from phone numbers other than registered number. Too much options is damn comfusing. Mind it i am not a new user still facing problems.


Horrible. I just ported a number from BSNL to Airtel, and the port was successful almost a week ago. However, the MyAirtel app insists on saying that my port is still in progress, and refuses to provide me with any other options. It is very user unfriendly, and downright broken!


I have opted for a new broad band connection. The registration and amount transaction process was very quick, but the installation time is pathetic. Not as promised. When I called the customer care, they give a TAT till EOD, and the installation team calls me and gives a TAT of 3 days where they have already crossed 48hrs for a 24hrs tat. Now they want me to wait till 3 days to get the installation done. Worst experience ever

Worst app experience ever,, this app only attract the customers by providing offers and when one tried to recharge,,firstly it shows error in d payment page and after that money has been deducted, thn also there is no any update related to recharge,,moreover if try to call their customer care executive's there is no any option to place ur complaint,, i had experienced dis two times and wasted a so much money


Useless payment wallet application. Keep on saying OTP is invalid, Generated new OTP, same OTP received, entered same OTP still invalid. Repeated action 5 to 6 times, finally cancelled action and choose paytm over airtel as payment wallet. Till this process, waiting number located far way away. Totally doomed. Can't even get my money back from wallet to account.


This review is about the network not the app! I just ported in to airtel from jio! Of late, jio's internet speed and call quality was getting worse and hence I moved to airtel. BUT airtel seems to be the worst! Internet speed is utter waste, needless to say! Adding to it, the call quality seems to be even more worst. Provided the fact govt has no intention of improving BSNL, I don't know which SIM to use!!! 😅😂🤣😭

i recently bought airtel postpaid number thru this app. My friend told me about this app and i requested for my airtel sim thru this app. It was really easy i only had to select a plan and enter my contact details and airtel executives visited my home with my new airtel postpaid sim. Since May 2019 onwards, even though i am staying in Bangalore, internet speed is average 2-4 k/s. Unable to open page at Least. Please improve the speed and service, other wise ...you will also wind-up shortly. In the open net work check earliear it said that new tower is coming up by September but as on date there is no improvement in speed.


Please don't pay your electricity bill through this app, they don't show terms and conditions in app when u call customer care and ask the T&C about the bill they will say that u r eligible for the offer but once u pay the electricity bill the cashback will not be credited to your account, & when u ask why the cashback is not credited they will say bla,bla,bla....


I was unable to find the airtel thanks option and gold on the top others are getting so please go through the problem. Still now I can can't resolve my problem on getting the airtel thanks option on the top I mailed everything and got no response this is rediculous and every one was getting that option so please resolve it.


Such a waste.Rechargeing using App is nightmare any time transactions can be failed it takes 10 days for refund.After a failure transaction balance got deducted from Bank account and didnt get credited to my number .Calling customercare to raise a complaint is also charged and the so called specialist who showing arrogrent attitude .So let me ask we should wait for 10 days to make calls .what the hell is going on ..?


It's failing to recognize Airtel numbers which have been ported from other operators....my number has been ported from BSNL....the recharge option is showing BSNL packages instead of Airtel packages .. on manually selecting Airtel as operator...it is saying invalind operator....please fix it app first ...


5.50 ki net on, whatsapp, and Facebook. 30 minutes 1.gb over. I can't any videos. But data is over. This is cheating airtel. I am not satisfied. Not recommended any one. 1st data theft aitel.


Worst experience when you do the payment through this app. My amount was 775.03 but when I did the payment app deducted 77503/-!!! Do you need any more reason to use this app.. Very good app...pls make it more user friendly...I pay Electricity bill every month by this app...everytime I pay I need to re-enter State, power distribution company, service number etc etc..hence my request is pls keep past paid bils ready as pop-up to use that link and directly go to just pay function which is at last.


It says itself best 4g in india!But I found it worst in every place except some places in cities.And when i play PUBG Mobile it goes down to 200bit maximum 10 kbps.Thou i complaind many time for last 1 year still there's no improvement.It feels like we are stuck after recharge.And I know they'll reply here and ask me to email them, then the same process will begin and end in the same way(keep supporting us and have trust in us,our team is continuously workin on it,wait and pls recharge ifexpire)

I recharge 399rs plan through airtel wallet on last 26 sep but it shows fails due to technical error. Today is 10 October and Refund still not credit in my account. Yesterday I try to recharge 399 plan again through airtel wallet but it also shows fails due to technical error. I call customer care, they give worst service hold on call without asking and didn't connect most of the times. I think of opting jio over airtel.

The app shows info or data that cannot be understood and is not in line with actual figures. Recharges do not reflect at all. Data plans do not reflect. Overall there as a customer I cannot track usage!


I received free Amazon Prime Subscription of 1 year. It was due for renewal in Oct 2019. I called customer care about renewal policy they said it would be auto renewed and billed in my current month bill. In case I do not wish to continue then only I need to inform, but received message from Airtel my subscription is unsubscribed. Airtel customer care executives are extremely pathetic and doesn't provide resolution. Hence this ratings would Port out shortly from Airtel. Unhappy customer


I am lot disappointed with airtel, i am getting network issues from the day i have moved from Aircel to Airtel.....not at all good qualiity internet speed, very poor, very slow, buffering has become life now everywhere whether it is google, youtube, netflix, amazon prime i cannot watch anything properly. And the app has taken 5 updates till yet continiously even when i am typing this message. I am sick of such service, please do something.....!


It's network sucks. I have been using it for a year now. It's just getting worse day by day. It takes ages to browse something or simply send a text on whatsapp.

What is this nonsense. I just paid for my recharge and I have not received any information regarding this. It is not showing my payments and also my amount has been deducted. I used it for the first time and this is what sorrel has given me. Earlier also I suffered deduction of some amount with no usage of services. I think sorrel has lost it all. Wanna shift to some other data provider.


I have recharged with 399 rupee. But when i try to watch something on this app it says "recharge with 199 pack for unlimited call". i check the help and support section it show to call on 198. I called on 198, the customer service representative says sir its a technical issue please reinstall the app. I did reinstall the app. Still no help. I'm going to port it to JIO. THANK YOU AIRTEL.


Overall had a good experience wrt to statuses, payments, plans, etc...made possible in just few moments ....would have nicer if the actions on deactivation facility wrt to data wifi and dongles too is available via the app...its really a challenge to visit the store or contact the customer service care for such actions..


If i recharged additional data pack. Then it is not uodating with extra data limit. If i used daily data limit and recharged for 3GB the app still showa 0MB left for the day. Then in Recharge page. Some of the pack are having unlimited validity but when i contact with customer care after facing few issues they are agreed they don't have the unlimited validity packs for recharge all are limited. Please update the app propery then show the notification unlimted means unlimeted


How is this app drawing over other apps without permissions? I've been noticing for a while now that Airtel advertisements popup on my screen out of nowhere. Checking system logs I found that the Airtel app was doing it. Makes me wonder how did it do it without the permission over drawing over other apps? Seems malicious.


Still I feel there are some bugs which makes but irritating while using this app. Otherwise everything is fine. Try to get more discounts and amazon prime membership with the recharges.
