Requires Muzei Wallpaper application A music extension for Muzei. Muzei Music Extension displays album art for your music. When you play a song, the extension will look for the artwork on your device. If none is found, it downloads it from Last.fm. Features: - Choose your favorite image to display when music isn't playing - Option to only download artwork when WiFi is connected **Not all music players are supported,** Some music players don't make it possible at all. Please don't leave a nasty review if your player isn't supported. Instead, send me a friendly e-mail to [email protected], and tell me which player you'd like supported Please note: - If you do not have an internet connection, and the extension cannot find any artwork on your device, it will continue to display the most recently found artwork, unless you choose an image to display instead (see the settings menu) - This extension will download with WiFi off by default! You can set to download via WiFi only by going to the Muzei Music Extension settings menu. - Notification access is required to support many popular music players, including Spotify and Pandora support.

Wish there was an option of choosing which media provider apps should be ignored whenever they play something and option of keeping custom wallpaper when media stopped playing, not last album cover

Very good extension on the already good Muzei app. Easy to set up and you can customize it a little bit. However there are some problems. It is now a "Legacy Source" so you need Muzei legacy for it to work. We also can't center the image, but this problem probably comes from the Base Muzei App. But still overall a very good extension for Muzei. Edit: It is no longer Legacy Source, amazing!

Very nice extension! I find this the best way to get music art wallpaper the way it used to be on older android versions. As someone else had commented - this extension works perfectly using a Tasker Plugin to change between artwork, if you don't want the music art sticking around after you stop your music.

It now displays the music wallpaper, but you can't set an alternative wallpaper to display when no music is playing. In addition, the music wallpaper stays stuck on the last played music until a new music plays, which is really annoying.

Works well with new muzei tasker plugin, would be great if art didnt take more than one page. You can also change sources on the fly with tasker fyi. Like use this when music is playing , revert to unsplash when it isnt

Used to love this app, now it insists on showing low resolution images from the web instead of the correct high res album covers I made that are embedded in my mp3s. Uninstalling until this is fixed.

I love the extension. Only thing I wish it would do is give the option to be able to cache downloaded album art to save mobile data.

Muzei just tells me this app extension is no longer supported. Doesn't appear to support "legacy source API" rendering this both apps useless to me. Hopefully a future update takes care of it.

I love it. Only problems are It zooms in really hard on the artwork and I can't make it work for lock screen. I'm using a Samsung s9

Can't use album artwork as wallpaper anymore? That's the only reason I used this app to begin with. Now it's just useless!
