This mobile app connects citizens of MC Ludhiana with its services. This is very effective way of providing access of Municipal Services. Before this app MC Ludhiana was depend on Citizen Facilitation Centre and Online facility on portal. Now with this App now tax payment is on finger tips of the citizens because most of the citizens have smart phones and MC Ludhiana want to connect them with its services. It covers Municipal services on single platform.
