Functionalities:
Notification Notices - Technicians will receive a notification each time they are assigned a notice.
Notice Detail:
-ID of the Notice
-SLA - Priority & Times
-Date of creation & Deadline for its realization
-Photos
-Location
- Where is it
--Distance to which is the notice of your current position
--How to get
-Comments Manager & Citizen
-IMPORTANT - This functionality will allow technicians to communicate directly with the managers in a bidirectional way
Bidirectional Communication & Traceability - Through the "Working Notes" system there will be a two-way communication between technicians and managers that will allow to record a complete traceability of each notice.
Tasks Check-List - Each notice may have a list of tasks that ensures the execution by the technicians of the execution, quality and safety protocols.
Resolution Notices - Once solved by a technician the assigned notice can notify its resolution and provide a photo that certifies the new situation, this can then be sent to the citizen with what the perception of service will be even older
