MAHLE Forum is a collaboration platform for MAHLE Service Solutions and it’s Field Service Partners. The platform enables MAHLE Support and Field Service Partners to communicate and share information more efficiently to support the automotive workshops.
MAHLE Forum is used to provide support for ArcticPRO, FluidPRO and NitroPRO product lines.
Following are a list of features of the MAHLE Forum platform:
- Access to MAHLE Service Solutions Support team
- Quickly search and access service information, parts list, training and instruction videos
- Convenient access over mobile devices and web
- Post service support requests with images and videos
