What's new in v1.0

Description

From the listing uploaded by “catappult”.

MSport is a pocket circuit coach for the days you train without a spreadsheet. You build a vertical station ladder, set work and rest for each rung, and let RUN walk the lane while you focus on form. Lane is the board. Numbered stations stack like track rungs. Add a blank station when you invent a drill, or pull polished moves from Kit. Tap any rung to tune the label, work seconds, rest seconds, and a short coach note. Kit is a ready library of bodyweight and footwork drills with starter timings. One tap drops a move onto your lane so you can assemble a session in under a minute. When you hit RUN, MSport counts work and rest through the ladder and stamps a Tape entry when the circuit finishes. Tape keeps finished loops on the phone with station count and total time. Nothing leaves the device. No account, no network, no permissions. Built for home floors, gym corners, and short outdoor loops. Keep the lane honest, keep the rest honest, and leave the clipboard at home.

Msport APK: questions and answers

Can I install this APK over the version I already have?

Only if it is signed with the same certificate as the copy on your phone and isn't an older version. If Android says “App not installed”, the certificates differ; uninstalling your copy first works but deletes its data unless it is backed up.

Is the Msport APK safe?

No one can promise that a file is safe, but some things can be checked. The source store rates this file Trusted. After downloading, check that the file's MD5 is 9e146aa8ebe31cba8da1783006e4dc49.
