Good app and good idea just have 2 problems. After adding a credit card it only allowed me to pay cash after placing the order . And the second issue is that if you create an order and decide to cancel without accepting any offers it will not allow you to cancel you have to wait 2 hours and keep getting offers.

App itself is good with a ln extensive collection of stores to buy from, but delivery fees are best described as "extortionate" instead of convenient. I use this app as the the very last resort and often decide to run errands myself rather than being robbed here.

I've used the app 10 times, 9 times were perfect, the final time was so bad, it completely turned me away from it, they basically gave my address and phone number to a phsyco, and the customer service is negative 5 stars
India loves Philippines
Not good because very poor for the riders who do the delivery as since latest updates. Rider suffered alot because of customer fault sometimes customer cancel the order some times customer dont take the order when rider reach the location, if restaurants is closed. Even you raise complaint in all such cases rider support dont help even for 2 or 3 days and more. Very bad. On other hand jahez is working better on such situations as rider gets full support on the spot with hunger station as well

Why add a payment method option when you're not allowing me to use my debit card ?? After placing the order only the cash option is available so the app needs improvement in my opinion

Excellent experience. It was a bit confusing at first , but once I got the hang of it, it became manageable and I'm using it on daily basis. My experience is in sending parcels to friends as well as sending my broken machine to the repair centre and getting it back after repair. I highly recommend the app 👌

The latest app version has many bugs. It doesn't copy and paste properly the location from Google maps to the app. Also it doesn't let you select the best delivery agent but instead it selects for you the lowest price even if you don't like this agent. In short this app revision sucks.

The app is confusing to use, you can't even find how to use pickup service, you can't search the location in the app when using pickup service and keeps asking to put the Google location link, when you copy the link it says wrong link. It's by Google the provider of the link, how can it be wrong ? Before you launch an app test it and don't waste money on marketing. You need a new manager not a new marketing campaign.
