I tried almost all free music apps with Widgets and this one's the best in my opinion. Pros: Very simple and lightweight. The "next/previous folder" button is most useful on the Widget. Resizeable widget is a big plus (esp. on my Nexus 7's 6 x 6 screen). Usage of the album art as button for play/pause is very welcome Cons: Stops responding every once i a while. Only happens with my Nexus 7 (4.2), but not with my old Sensation (4.0).

The built in Google Play is a nightmare when it comes to playing music by folders. I lost my trusted Creative Zen Nano 1GB music player and figured would finally try using my smartphone instead. (Yeah, I'm late to this party) This music player suits me much better than Google Play and other players using the Cloud and or playlists.
