Since the update, I cannot login. I am an active MP and it's telling me the app is only for MP's. Uninstalled, and reinstalled twice and still have this issues.

I love this app. I've never had an issue with it and I've been an MP for almost 2 years. I went from an iPhone to android and zero issues. Love it!!

I have since deleted the app because I can no longer use it. I only gave it three stars b/c It was great when I could log in and see my business and do basic work, but now, I can no longer sign in unless I subscribe to the Pro version. I agree that It would be nice if corporate made the basic app available to all, especially if you are just getting started and growing your business. If you are real new to the business, you don't want to have to incur a monthly expense you can't support at the start. Obviously once your business booms, subscribing to the Pro version makes sense. Corporate, please reconsider. It is nice to be able to view a customer's order when they contact you. You don't have to be at the mercy of time and trying to race home to get to a computer to help your customer or log in using your phone.

The app shows a promo/ sales tab but it is grayed out and cannot be selected. You still have to go through complete menu to get to the sales. There is a weight queue to check your back office during sales and promos even if you're not shopping there should be a selection for back office and shopping during sales. This goes for the app and desktop menu.

I love this app and the convenience it allows my business!! Though the language portion does glitch from time to time, that has mostly been resolved since the last few updates, and is an easy fix just by closing and reopening the app. This minor inconvenience is far outweighed by the convenience of this app. Love it!!

I've had this app work 1 time in the last 4 months I've had it. Always has bugs and doesn't actually load anything. It tends to work for my team but not me. I've tried it on 2 different phones and both never worked (androids.) Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing fixes it.

It's so awesome to have everything at your fingertips and you don't have to say oh wait a minute I've got a log on and hang on a minute I got to find the resource library and wait a minute let me see if I can download that wait a minute blah blah! It's just really nice to have that information quickly available 😊😀😁❤️ Monat Rocks!!! This company has done a progressive job at making things easier for MP. They have grown in every segment of MONAT! ❤️ Look at Monat Connect App. Just priceless!

The app has NOT worked correctly since I started. And paying for pro should ensure that I can use it without issue. No one has been able to help me either. Its really hard to get a business up and running when the tools you need are not reliable! **Edit, its 3/9/2020 and issues havent been addressed. No one returns my calls either!

It has major glitches showing the HTML code along with what I'm supposed to read so I just use my chrome app to view the page 🤷 now it wants me to update, which maybe that'll fix the glitch except each time I say 'update' it won't 😂

This App is deceiving. If you look there are more 1 star reviews than 5 star and yet the 5 star column looks bigger on first glance. There are clearly more people who do not like this app yet they are making it seem like more people love this app and are giving it 5 stars.
