பிழைப்புத் தேடி தமிழகத்தில் இருந்து பர்மா செல்லும் ஒருவர் பழைய சரக்குக் கப்பல் ஒன்றில் மிகுந்த பிரயாசத்துடன் பயணம் செய்கின்றார். உலக யுத்த காலத்தில் பயணம் செய்யும் இந்தக் கப்பல் இடையில் ஒரு விபத்தைச் சந்திக்கின்றது. விபத்தில் சிக்கிய நண்பர் உயிர் பிழைத்து ஒரு தீவை அடைகின்றார். அந்தத் தீவில் மனித நடமாட்டம் எதுவும் இல்லாத போதும் ஒரு ஆடவனும், பெண்ணும் இருக்கின்றார்கள். அவர்கள் தமிழில் கூடப் பேசுகின்றார்கள். இந்த தீவில் நடைபெறும் கதையையே இந்த நாவல் வடித்திருக்கின்றது. அற்புதமான கதை அமைப்புகள் உங்களை ஆச்சரயத்தில் ஆழ்த்தும் திருப்புமுனைகள் என்று இந்த நாவலில் இல்லாத அம்சங்களே இல்லை. அமரர் கல்கியின் ரசிகர்கள் அனைவரும் படித்துப் பயன் பெற வேண்டிய நாவல் இது. இதனை நாங்கள் டிஜிட்டல் தொழில்நுட்பத்தில் அளிப்பது எங்களது பாக்கியம்.
