Description
VSoft Mobile Workforce is a field service class product (FSM). Its main business benefit is centered around managing field employees and contractors. The application ensures secure online access to sensitive data (addresses, documents, etc.) required to be able to pay a visit / conduct survey research in the field.
With the help of web panel managers can easily plan, coordinate and keep track of field activities by sending tasks to designated field agents, while those can instantly report back via image capture, filled in surveys, task status reports and notes with GPS logs once the task is completed. As such VSoft Mobile Workforce adds transparency into field activities and improves overall performance of field workforce.
The solution is highly configurable, both on system and operational level, that allows for a high level of customization. It integrates into existing software ecosystems through public API and interacts efficiently with 3d side systems, - CRMs, ERP etc.
