本アプリは
「電話着信の検出およびブロック」
「電話発信の検出および問い合わせメニュー表示」
といった「安全安心便利」な機能をご提供します。

•　本アプリが動作するために以下に掲げた権限を必要としますが、掲示した目的のみに利用しています。

※ 本アプリは端末に保存された電話の発着信履歴については一切取得していません。

＝ 機能❶ ＝（着信ブロック対象番号の指定）
（ステップ１）アプリをインストール後、起動して画面下部にある「モバイルセレクトをはじめる」ボタンをタップし権限を付与すると、設定画面上に指定番号ブロック機能の設定ができるようになります。
（ステップ２）「指定番号ブロック機能」からブロック対象番号を指定し「決定」ボタンをタップすればリストが確定されます。
（ステップ３）更に「ブロックを開始」ボタンをタップすることで着信ブロック機能を有効化することができます。
•　（着信時）指定番号ブロック機能は、発信時の機能とは別に機能の有効化、無効化を管理することができます。
•　ブロック対象番号の指定は「0123456789,0123456780」のようにカンマ（またはスペース）で区切ることで複数指定することができます。
•　番号の指定に使用できるのは数字のみで、ハイフンなどの数字以外の情報は自動的に削除して保存されます。
•　全角で入力した文字は半角に変換されて保存されます。
•　指定できる番号の数は区切り文字を含め220文字分までです。

＝ 機能❷＝（電話着信時の機能）
発信者電話番号がブロック対象番号リストに指定されているか自動的に確認され、ブロック（自動切断）機能が働きます。
•　ブロック対象番号からの着信はトーストポップアップにてお知らせします。トーストポップアップは一定時間後に自動消滅します。
•　着信の切断が可能な場合には、着信の切断を実施して「通知」としてブロックの実績をお知らせします。「通知」は通知一覧等に残り消去されるまでは後から確認できる状態となります。
•　Android OSのバージョンが8.1以前（Oreo以前）である場合には、OSの仕様により着信の切断ができないためトーストポップアップによる注意喚起のみを行います。
•　端末が再起動された直後のまま画面ロックされた状態においては、一度ロック解除されるまでは機能が動作しません。
•　端末が再起動されたばかりの状態では、画面ロック解除してもしばらく（数分）は機能が動作しません。

＝ 機能❸＝（電話発信時の機能）
電話発信操作を行った際に、実際に電話がかかるよりも前にモバイルセレクト・サーバーから提供される電話番号情報に基づいて発信をいったん保留します。

発信先電話番号が対応するコールセンターなどだった場合には「便利なお問い合わせメニュー」が表示されます。
メニューには発信先に合った便利な選択肢が表示されます。例えば電話の発信を行う代わりにチャットやメールといった電話以外の窓口に切り替えたり、FAQをご自身で確認する方法に切り替えたりすることが可能となります。
（端末モデルによっては、対応している電話番号が異なる場合があります）

【動作環境】

•　 対応OS：Android OS 4.4.2以降の対象機種
•　空き容量：アプリ用に、5.0MB以上の空き容量。
•　通信環境：電話回線および、LTE/4G/高速Wi-Fiなどのデータ通信環境。
•　対応端末：対応する端末モデルにのみGoogle Playページが表示され、インストール可能となります。

= Function ❶ = (Specify incoming block target number)
(Step 1) After installing the application, tap the “Start Mobile Select” button at the bottom of the screen and grant the authority, you can set the specified number block function on the setting screen.
(Step 2) Specify the block target number from “Specified number block function” and tap “OK” button to confirm the list.
(Step 3) Tap the “Start Block” button to enable the incoming call blocking function.
• (Incoming call) The specified number block function can manage the activation and deactivation of the function separately from the function for outgoing calls.
• You can specify multiple block target numbers by separating them with commas (or spaces), such as “0123456789,0123456780”.
• Only numbers can be used to specify numbers. Information other than numbers such as hyphens is automatically deleted and saved.
• Characters entered in full-width are converted to half-width and saved.
• Up to 220 characters including the delimiter can be specified.

= Function ❷ = (Function when receiving a call)
The caller's phone number is automatically checked to see if it is specified in the blocked number list, and the block (automatic disconnection) function is activated.
• Incoming calls from blocked numbers will be notified via a toast popup. The toast popup automatically disappears after a certain time.
• If the incoming call can be disconnected, the incoming call will be disconnected and the block result will be notified as a “notification”. “Notification” can be confirmed later until it is deleted from the notification list.
• If the Android OS version is 8.1 or earlier (Oreo or earlier), the incoming call cannot be disconnected due to the OS specifications, so only the alert with the toast popup will be given.
• If the screen is locked immediately after the terminal is restarted, the function will not work until it is unlocked.
• If the terminal has just been restarted, the function will not work for a while (several minutes) even if the screen is unlocked.

= Function ❸ = (Function when making a call)
When a call is made, the call is temporarily suspended based on the phone number information provided by the Mobile Select server before the call is actually made.

If the caller's phone number corresponds to a call center, the “Useful inquiry menu” is displayed.
The menu shows convenient options that match the destination. For example, instead of making a call, you can switch to a non-telephone contact such as chat or e-mail, or switch to a method to check the FAQ yourself.
(Depending on the device model, the supported phone number may be different.)
