Let the mobil info app accompany you in the Soest and Hochsauerland districts - now with a Germany ticket!

The mobil info app determines the best connections in the Soest district and the Hochsauerland district - by bus and train, on foot, by bike and for car sharing with the district car. You can buy tickets for bus and train journeys directly in the app: Deutschlandticket, eezy.nrw and WestfalenTarif tickets.

The mobil info app provides a detailed connection overview with real-time information and prices. A departure monitor and planning using the area map round off the offer. The app can be configured individually for personal needs and preferences.

The mobil info app replaces the barrier-free Soest BusGuide.

In 2014, the buses in the Soest district were equipped with a mobile assistance system - BusAccess®. A Bluetooth control device was installed in the buses, which enables communication with the bus via smartphone. Using your smartphone you can e.g. B. use the service/stop request button on the bus.

Within the radio range of the buses in the Soest and Hochsauerland districts, the app receives the route number and destination of the incoming bus - BusRadar.

The BusGuide app was programmed to be user-friendly, especially for blind and visually impaired people. The app can be used without any problems when the voice-over function is switched on.

You can be accompanied completely on a selected route - from start to finish. Your current location is tracked (even when you leave the app), for example to announce the stop you have reached or an upcoming change (via voice over). This route accompaniment is marked by a permanent status message.

Use pedestrian navigation using bearings (vibration or Geiger for orientation) and let yourself be safely navigated to the stop.

The app obtains electronic timetable data to search for connections and can therefore also be used in public transport throughout Germany.
