MK Agents is designed for street technicians to manage their service orders. Integrated with the stock, it also captures images, provisioning, creating connections, collecting digital signatures, among other features.
The application sends the location in real time as soon as the technician starts moving. Data is captured to activate features for locating and updating connection coordinates, even when the app is closed or not in use.
