About My Hospital
Mit Sygehus - a solution for you who are patients in Region Southern Denmark.

As a patient at one of Region Southern Denmark's hospitals, you can use Mit Sygehus. It is a secure digital platform where you can get relevant information about your treatment course, see your appointments with the hospital, and communicate with the staff in your department.
Note; not all disease processes are available at Mit Sygehus, and there may be differences between the options offered by the individual departments.
The Mit Sygehus app is secured with encryption and secure access via MitID.

About My Hospital PRO
Mit Sygehus PRO is a function where you as a patient get the opportunity to report on e.g. your state of health, including physical and mental health, symptoms, health-related quality of life and level of functioning. Your patient-reported information (PRO data) is collected and processed as a contribution to dialogue with the hospital, and/or that you are checked for the right course that suits you.
Mit Sygehus PRO is manufactured in-house in the Region of Southern Denmark, and special rules for use apply, as the PRO function itself is classified as a medical device belonging to the EU Medical Regulation (MDR 2017/745) art. 5(5).
