Zero support. The app will not launch on a Note 20 Ultra 5G. Download app. Click open, nothing. No permissions asked to enable. Ok fine. Plug in a 100% official Samsung USB cable (thats the only response/advice you can get) and the USB Mirroring icon becomes available. Cool. I tap the icon to launch the app. Get a toast popup on my phone asking to always launch app. Click yes, look at headunit....it says I need to download the app. Screen goes black. Go back to phone. Once I figured it out it was fine. Had to go into the stereo settings and change it from "Android Auto" to "Screen Mirroring" while I had the parking brake on. Then had to change back to "Android Auto" when I started driving again. The app works fine while you are parked, not sure if there is a way to make it work while driving, but I only wanted to use it while parked so it is fine.

Got it working. I've been trying to figure this app out for about a week now. At first I cannot even get the app to open but later on I found out that the app does not open by clicking open. You have to plug your phone in to your radio via USB and the app should open right up then and walk you through the steps. So I hope this helps for you because I could not find anything or anyone to help I even called JVC.

So far so good, as for the people not getting mirroring to work (ANDROID ONLY, NO IPHONES) once you plug the USB in to your phone, it takes you to the play store. Download the app, hit the main screen button on the radio(9 squares in a box shape) then hit USB mirroring and it should work. I am having issues with Disney+ playing once a movie starts, thats the only downfall I've seen so far, you DO NOT have to hit the JVC app on your phone, I thought it malfunctioned as well, but its not.

Sync and pair your Bluetooth first. Plug in the USB from the head unit, into your phone. When you do, it will ask to download the app. Do so. When it downloads it will prompt you to connect. Then make sure you turn on the "Node tree debugging" under the settings menu on your phone. You can search for it within settings. When you turn that on, an icon on the jvc screen will show up to mirror your phone. Press the icon on the JVC screen and it will work fine. Display size is mediocre.

Not sure why it's necessary for the need to have an app to mirror it's screen to a head unit when this is a native function for android. There are no options to adjust mirror display to head unit screen, there is empty space at top and bottom of screen with note 10. Otherwise nice to have a headunit when parked I'm able to fling up a YouTube video. 🤷🏽♂️

When I click on the app to open it, it doesn't do anything. I've uninstalled it, reinstalled, tried it on other devices, but nothing seems to work. I want to get this fixed so if anyone can tell me how to get this app to work with my Radio I'd be estatic. A $400 radio, would like all functions to work. When I click on the USB MIRRORING button on the head unit, it asks me to install the app, even though it's already installed.

No hulu or Netflix shows. The sound is the but no picture. Did I forget to do something. You tube plays fine

I got it to work right away. The app doesn't open, but it doesn't seem like it needs to. I do have an issue where HBO and Netflix video will not show up. I see that YouTube may work. An update so Netflix and other video apps work would be nice.

This ia a godd app to have i just wish that i disnt have to tillt my phone in order for radio display to be viewed correctly. Other that that i give i a thumbs up and a 4star.
