Update.... I haven't been able to get this camera to hookup at all. Nothing like the last one I bought. Difficulties setting up...I've had this camera before and it has been the best inside one that I've owned. Yet, this time it has been really difficult getting it setup. Actually, it's been like 2wks and I haven't even gotten it hooked up long enough to get the cloud connected nor change the settings. Real FRUSTRATING!!!

Would be better rated if it wasn't for it being down for the last 24 hours! We use this to keep an eye on our kids and now it won't load even load the devices. Gets stuck in login. I didn't even mind the weird and glitchy process or troubleshooting and reconfiguring the camera if it had worked. Incredibly disappointed. Edit: while the app was down for longer than we would want from a security perspective. They did end up fixing issues. The only thing that I took the star off for is setup.

We're having a very difficult time logging into the app today & when we are able we still can't see any of our cameras online. However when we're home we can see them all through the "local view" so they are all still connected to our wifi. Most of the time we try to log in we get an error saying "The current network is not available", whatever that means. I hope you can help because we've really enjoyed these cameras up to this point. Thanks, Charlie.

It was working perfectly and then all of a sudden it stop working. I am not able to log into my account, the wheel just spins and spins it says "logging in" then a message pops up "the current network is not available. Is the network diagnostic performed ". There is no issue with the wifi connection. I need this issue fixed or else I would have to replace this camera with a different one.

Had this for about a year loved it. Girlfriend wanted me to get additional cameras now all it will do is stay on the "logging in" screen. Apparently, it's an issue with the apps update because everyone seems to be having the same issue. If it's not fixed pretty soon I'll have to buy a different camera. If it is fixed soon I'll buy more of the same and update my review.

Although there was no update from the app owner in process, the issue was corrected after 24 hours. A full drop of all ability to communicate with the app or to developers isn't the best way to work, but I'm glad to see it wasn't just the company giving up and closing down without notice. I still recommend having an offline method to use the app, as it was non functional for logging in.

Update: 10/14/21App seems to be working now, if I can reconfigure network and get everything running again all will be well. / 10/13/21:great until recently but now the app takes a very long time to load. cameras won't connect to server but they sync right up to the router. it would be amazing if this was fixed. my cameras used to give me piece of mind when my kids are home alone

This app used to be good but all of a sudden my cameras were showing offline and wouldn't reconnect. There's clearly an app issue here that's not being addressed. Update 9/27: I was able to add the cameras successfully via the website and can see the video just fine. When I open the app though, it shows them offline. Again, there is clearly an issue with the app here not connecting correctly to the cameras!!! Please address this fix!

I've been using these cameras and this app for a year and a half and it's been a phenomenal experience, especially for the price. The picture has always been clear, the cameras responsive, and the motion detection on point. I used it yesterday and it was fine. Today the app will not sign in for anything. I need this app to work to monitor my father who is a fall risk and has dementia. I guess I'll have to switch to something else, which is very disappointing.

Do not buy. I've had this less than 1 month and at first it worked really well. I was considering buying more it was working so well. THEN one morning I woke up to check on my dogs and it said not one of my four cameras were working. I spent hours trying to fix it, but finally I returned it. The app sucks. The cameras kept saying everything was OK, but if I can't use the app, then that's it. No need to respond to my post either. I returned today.
