I rented an apartment through them, I've been living 2 months with less (and now no) heating in my apartment and they haven't fixed it. Don't recommend. If you want to sign with them, you might want to check the contract before you sign it so that you can add a clause for this sort of situations (The official paperwork says something along the lines of "We'll help you out as soon as possible") so that they will be obligated to help you in that timeframe or else, since their support is so slow.

I didnt find a 2 bedroom/2 bathrooms apartment yet but I liked the concept and during these harsh times its a blessing to find this sort of deals. Hopefully some apartment will show up for me too:P

Takes some time to post a rental because you need to upload pictures one by one, need to wait for the chat bot to ask the next question (a standard form would be faster) and you need to fill information unrelated to the rental (does it really matter if you are an engineer or a factory worker?) There is lack of activity on the app. This makes me wander what is the number of active users. Some functions are not clear what they do, like the "request offer" . Ask an offer from whom?

This is an app which fills a real void in the realestate rent market. As there was no real way to know who you were renting your property to before this app. At this time the app is not very popular so there aren't many users looking for a new property to rent but I am really excited about the future. I hope it grows and it will become the new way to rent and find rent.

Leaving aside the low number of properties listed, the biggest problem I have with this app is that there is no way to actually contact the owner. With that "Vizionare" option you can only get in touch if the owner checks the app/notifications. If you would add a way of contacting the owner, that would be great.

I was pretty excited with a new, fresh way to find rent, but I didn't even had the chance to look for anything. It's closing 3 seconds after I open it. Reinstalled the app, same issue.

Not that many posts, but the app runs smoothly and the filter for apartments is great. A bit disappointed because I expected to find a schematic for each apartment, but sadly no one uploaded such thing.

I'm giving it 5 stars because I love the idea, the app is clean and user friendly, hopefully more and more people will find out about it and start using it. Not too many users at the moment, maybe this is the only minus.
