Used it before it was fine. Downloaded the app today and it refuses to open and it takes long to install. Once it has installed when I try to open it, it does not open.I've deleted it a couple of times and installed it again still it not working. Worse I have books that I need to access for my school assignments. 😣😣

keeps crashing everytime you try to use it as a tool and laggy no development to the app not that user friendly, doesnt seem to support Android 10 and 11 very well

There is something wrong with this app I always have to unstall and install over again, the other thing is it doesn't have auto fill and it seems that is has a bug like sometimes when I try to open a book it crashes, and lags

The app is very helpful and does its job impressively swell. All the features added help a lot when it comes to studying and taking a few key notes during class. The flashcard decks are an impressive useful tool which is pretty handy but there are a few exceptions to all this usefulness. Whenever I would go into my app it wouldn't load the textbooks, so I would have to go into my groups then back into textbooks to load them and I whenever i would leave the app then come back in it kicks me out.

I give this app a 3star rating because its a really useful and handy app to use. It has great features like highligting, making up notes from your highlighted piecese and even writing your own. The only negative experience i had with the app is the logging in part and that at times it doesnt allow you to open a book in more then one devices.

I like it, my school uses it so I have to, it's just a little buggy sometimes, so then I have to uninstalle it to let it work again. Sometimes the books doesn't even load it or you have to download the books file again, it's a good and practical way to use books, the programming could just use some work.

Having trouble add my account to new device... I getting the following messages when trying to access my books... Failed to fetch a key from the server. This book is already bound to a maximum number of devices. I'm unable to remove to remove my account for the device its on as I no longer have access to it... Please advise as to what I can do to add my account to my new device.

Home screen flashes and doesnt open book at all. I have had it before and didnt have any issues. Not sure what went wrong this time?
