This App presents selected concepts and tools from the MI Eat Safe Fish (ESF) Guide developed by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services. The text and many illustrative images remain the same as used in the ESF Guide. Support for the development of this App was provided by a grant from the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences, National Institutes of Health to Michigan State University (P42ES04911). Collaborators are: Michelle Bruneau and Tom Mata Population Health & Community Services Administration, Michigan Department of Health and Human Services. Co-authors: Brad Upham, Umama Fakher, Collin Nicaise, Maggie Williams, and Syed Hashsham Image Credits: Fish images used for Fish ID functionality are provided by Joseph R. Tomelleri. Some of the images have been provided by Paul Halter. All reproduction rights not specifically granted to the buyer are reserved to the artist.
