"My Emasesa" is free and easy to use application that EMASESA Metropolitan offers you so that you can make arrangements with your contract, such as, update contact information, view and download your invoices in PDF, pay them easily and quickly without registration, or faking them for a period of time and specific consumption. You can also make reading your meter with photo, inform and communicate, where appropriate, the resolution of the proceedings that have been pending so that you can run a series of works related to your contract or facilities, or subscribe to notices and / or notifications to be fully informed of everything related to your contracts.
You can make an appointment to avoid queuing and waiting, and consult the various service channels at your disposal, with access to location service offices, among others.
At any time you can know what issues are in your area related to Emasesa (works, scheduled outages) and report incidents that you find in the street, as well as knowing the volume of water stored in reservoirs that supply us or report a fraud.
