MG Flasher is a mobile App to tune your BMW equipped with an MG1 ECU and B46, B48 or B58 engine by OBD using ENET Wi-Fi or ENET cable*. Flashing time on ENET is only 15 - 20 seconds! Disclaimer: For off-road use only. *Initial flash/ECU unlock with ENET will take approximately 4 - 6 minutes. Support for HPFP included! Hybrids and Gen 2 switchable maps, including all ethanol maps, are under development. • Dynamic Exhaust Burble On-The-Fly - via a simple combination of cruise control buttons you can change the intensity of the burbles whenever you like! No support. I messaged the team almost 24 hours ago and there's nobody to get a hold of. Quick to take my money through the MG Flasher store and followed all directions on their website. Have used several other applications that perform the same task and never ran into an issue like this.. at least there was someone that I could talk to to help me fix the issue..

Awful support. When I first bought the app + tune I was told to use an ENET cable. I tried for weeks with support to get the ENET cable to work but unfortunately android doesn't support static IP setting (which is required). Support advised me to buy another OBD - USB cable ($50) and it worked! Fast forward to a couple of months ago when the app was updated and guess what?? They cancelled support for the OBD - USB cable, and you can only use ENET. Which doesn't work on my Pixel. I've submitted requests but the developers haven't responded. Waste of hundreds of dollars.

What can I say nothing but happiness. Car runs good on all tunes that have been done. Amazing customer support. Friendly and reliable tuner. He will make sure that your car is in top shape. MG flasher will take good care of you no matter what situation you bring them.

Solid app and works well but could use some extra info in the UI. Used this to flash a new tune to a 2017 BMW 440i, and reflash various updates aftorwords. App worked perfectly. Would really live to see a battery voltage indicator too!

Still waiting for on the fly for gen 1 hybrid. The steering buttons mapping is identical to non hybrids cars! Also waiting on custom code! Not enough attention is being paid to hybrids. Hybrid OTS maps are still only on version 1.2. non hybrid B48 cars have had more updates. So I'd guess, more refined maps

Used with an ENET cable with USBC adaptor to flash a 120i (B48) to stage 1 95RON, took about 4 minutes to unlock the ECU then another minute to flash the map. Absolutely no issues, car feels the exact same during gentle driving, a little more willing on acceleration in Eco Pro which is nice and Sport+ is absolutely transformed. Gone from about 7.0s to 60mph down to 5.5s even without a transmission tune.

I use a stage 1 map and it gives a good upgrade to the standard map without going crazy, although 340PS was probably enough in a hatchback.. love the burble on the fly options to adjust sound on the move and cold start delete for neighbour friendly start ups. Great tech support when I needed it. Plenty of software updates too which is always encouraging. Recommended.

Initially the app would crash when it started, after a quick debug, I found that it required access to device storage but it didn't ask for the permission, after manually giving the app access to storage the app ran. so if you crash straight after trying to run the app, see if you have given it access to storage permission

The app works fantastic on galaxy s10 using type c to enet. Done a couple of flashes and they are smooth everytime. App is very easy to use. I highly recommend this app.
