Description
MetricStream has designed and developed next-generation mobile apps to perform mission-critical GRC functions, resolve business pain points, and meet market requirements. Our industry-leading, proven methodology enables users to access MetricStream apps and solutions for enterprise audit management, customer satisfaction surveys, enterprise policy management, business continuity management, emergency mass notifications, and more from the convenience of mobile devices such as tablets and phones.
Business Continuity Management Mobile app is enhanced to let users view and download the continuity and recovery plans in their handheld devices, and enable the BCM teams to trigger and track emergency notifications during adverse situations, thus ensuring preparedness coupled with security measures/contingency plans to protect the organizations assets. Likewise, Policy Management solutions aim at enabling users to view and download policies and documents from their devices, thereby reducing the turnaround time.
BC Plans: View list of all BC Plans with Plan type and Plan Version, as well as option to download a particular plan or view an already downloaded plan.
Emergency Notifications: View list of all approved, triggered and ongoing emergency notifications with delivery details by triggering emergency notifications to target audiences in an effort to maintain or restore an Organization’s business processes and activities.
Policy Documents: Enable users to view and download policies and documents from their devices, thereby reducing the turnaround time.
Offline Support: Allow users to sign-in to the mobile application in offline mode and access pre-downloaded files (documents have to be downloaded when there is availability of internet connection)
User Experience: Ease of access to multiple modules in tab form in line with MetricStream M7 Webapp. Each module in turn provides easy access to its contents at a glance.
