Work perfect. The only issue I had is when I open or close the garage with my remote control, the app door icon do not recognize the action until reset the app in my phone. I mean, the only way to do it is cleaning all the open apps windows in the phone. Every thing else work good. I set auto close at 8pm and work fine. Update October 2021 still work perfect after about 2 years of use.

We have light bulbs and garage door opener and love the products and the app. It's very useful with options for regular use and also routines and notifications. No more anxiety about whether the garage door has been open all day. So nice to have the front room lights turn on so I don't have to walk the stairs in the dark in the mornings. We will be adding to our collection.

11-4-21 Back to running normal. Even though the app said I was signed in, it was not. A quick sign out/in fixed Everything. I did notice however that the website was also down at this time and oddly a search on Google play did not find this app. Multiple devices used. I do like the devices that I have and work well. Even set up automation with Google home to interact with other non-meross devices. Edit --- (original-Everything was working great but now all my devices are gone?)--- old

Very simple to install and use absolutely love my smart light bulbs. They work just as described and the apps many features are simple to set up as well as use which I do on a daily basis.

doesn't work/integrate with google quick settings. the only iot device/app I've used that doesn't? works with Google home just fine including assistant but cannot be added to quick settings menu.

Everything was working great. I pair my light bulbs with my Google Home. No problems till now. I can't login the app at all. Or create a new account (not that I want to. I was just testing it out.) It gives me "Error- Failure (1200)". Literally I can't find anywhere online how to fix it. I even uninstalled the app and reinstalled. I think server problems?

Works as expected, would give 5 stars if widget options were better. A simple 1x1 circle to control a light or group would be perfect. EDIT: works inconsistently, sometimes it works great, sometimes nothing works, no repeatability to failure, app just decides seemingly randomly when it feels like actually letting me control smart devices

It works alright. It was kind of a pain in the butt to set up, and it was a bit glitchy for the first few days. Now my lightbulbs & the app work smoothly together. It would be nice to have the ability to use the colour feature on the lights with the automatic turning on feature, too. EDIT: They added the thing I talked about! :) It's still a little bit glitchy sometimes, but it's gotten better :)

Meross MSG100 garage door owner - this last major revamp of app did loose my device and required to re-add it which I ran into trouble like many describe, thus loss of one star. I eventually succeeded readding the device: 1) unable to connect to device issue: when you connect to device wifi from your phone during pairing- make sure your phone actually connects to it - you may have to go to wifi settings and click on 'connect anyway' as device has 'no access to internet' and your phone might not actually be connecting to avoid 'poor connection' etc. 2) 'unable to finish setup issue': if you have 5GHz and 2.4GHz wifi you might be defaulting to 5G for phone and 2.4 for meross for greater range. Once I chose to disconnect phone from 5G wifi to make sure it was defaulting to same 2.4G as one I specified for meross, setup did succeed. Otherwise very happy with device and app - it now does all I want for a reasonable price, and last update finally added operation history which lacked in last version. Thank you!

It worked really well for the first year and then all sudden the outlets started turning on and turning off by themselves repetitively usually around 12:00 and it was pretty creepy I reset everything unhooked all my accounts from everything try to restart everything nope still kind of creepy now I don't use the outlets anymore or the app so yeah pretty awesome just about $200 worth of Wi-Fi outlets that I just threw away......
