It's that easy
1. Select your primary care practice from the practice search.
2. Once you have registered with your data, you can register yourself as a patient and, if necessary, your children and relatives for whom you have a power of attorney.
3. Be sure to activate your push notifications so that you don't miss any news from your family doctor's practice.
Please note: Only family doctors/practices that have registered for this service can be found in the doctor/practice list.
Advantages of the “My Family Practice” practice app:
1. General and personal messages from your family doctor
2. Reminders of important precautions and vaccinations
3. Service area with information about health care and the family doctor program
4. Current reports on primary care care
5. Exchange via chat (if your family doctor offers this communication channel)
6. Video consultation (if your family doctor offers this communication channel)
